Every time I come to Maya’s Boutique I have such a lovely experience! From the moment I walk in, I feel so welcomed. The staff are incredibly kind and patient, and really take the time to help me find the perfect saree and matching jewelry. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, it never feels like just a sale, they want you to leave happy (which I always do!). The pieces are absolutely beautiful—so much attention to detail, and you can really see the quality. My go to for any occasion!
Customer service at this place is 0. There is no friendliness, no smile, no congratulations, no goodbye. There are also lazy. I also feel they are overly priced. You can get similar and quality stuff, slightly for less elsewhere. Very disappointed
The owner is nice and helpful but some of the younger girls need training in customer service. The one working today put a box in front of me and walked away and started taking selfie. I ended up leaving shortly after. Very unprofessional and dissapointing service
I had a beautiful shopping experience at Maya's. The salesperson Daya akka spent a significant amount of time patiently with me. She understood my needs and suggested jewels that looked perfect. I asked umpteen number of questions and tried many jewels. She answered and handled my very well. Yes, she was attending multiple customers at same time. But never once I felt unheard. She is an asset!. The designs of jewelery, the choices are all so good! I am so satisfied with my purchase. Thanks to vasanthi akka in saree section for helping me find a saree and a blouse withing my budget! Keep up the good work Maya's boutique! :)
I’ve been ordering from this boutique for 2 years now for all my events! I have built a new wardrobe with her collection and have always got overwhelming compliments! I am a very picky person and only like certain styles and visions but she works with you to make it happen!
Yes, they are pricey but I like their quality. I got a blouse in 2016 and it’s still good. I have matched it with most of the sarees and never disappointed. I have tried blouses from different places but the quality is poor that the hooks pop off quick or they rip. I don’t mind driving all the way from Acton to Scarborough just for a blouse if I can get the quality worth my money.
