This location used to be amazing, friendly with great sales. Went into today as the door was open and a sales person says " actually we close now ( 8:01) so u have one second to look around and get out " The level of rude by this person was uncalled for and disgusting! I do NOT recommend this location at all . Keep in mind the store had lots of ppl in it at the time when she was rude to us ... so much that other woman in the store left their items and walked out !!! Next time go to another location or Laura's next door . #shittyattitude #shittyperson
Edit: went back to this location and was appalled how the manager Kim (short lady brown hair) treated a customer's husband and their child for forgetting his toy in the washroom. She was rude and ignorant and a flat out racist she really needs to remind herself that this is a multicultural country. Mary who was at the changing room was very sweet and friendly. Huge selection. Tianna and Kim (blonde hair) were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will return to this location only.
Great deals and friendly staff. The store wasn't too busy which is nice so you don't feel rushed or overwhelmed. Their sales are great! You can find nice tops for as low as $5 and jeans for $12. They also have many sizes on sale items which is nice cause many stores usually only have either xsmall or 2xl sizes but nothing in between. It's located at the Warden & Eg plaza so there are other stores such as Children's place, marks warehouse, Winners, Gap, Walmart and various food/drink stores in the same vicinity. This is a good place to go to if you are walking and want to go to various stores but don't want to go too far.
There are two ladies working there they have been working there for a while now and when ever I go their shift is in same day my comments are to those two ladies I am sorry ladies but you lack humanity come to yourselves if the store is open it is because of the customers if you don’t like your job then don’t do it and do something else and don’t bother other people with your saggy faces nobody needs it especially in these days....
Employees are really cooperative, good knowledge with product and have great style sense...!!! Clothing collection is absolutely amazing and have wide range of selection for. clothing...!!! Definitely must go for shopping...!!!
Customer service was great! Upon entering the store we were warmly greeted and told about the specials in the store. Unfortunately we didn't find anything we wanted today. I love the fact that they keep the store fresh, updated and trendy. I use to love going here to buy my black boot leg dress pants at a reasonable price. I haven't seen the style or the quality I'm looking for...bring them back
So happy that they have separated the petite pants again! This makes it much easier for me to shop at Reitmans now. Please keep it like this! This location in particular is great too, such a huge store!
