My wife had her X-rays done at Lucent Medical Imaging (3410 Sheppard Ave East) today, and we were both very impressed with the overall experience. The staff were professional and efficient from the moment we walked in. The check-in process was smooth, and the technician made sure my wife felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the procedure. The clinic was clean, organized, and followed all safety protocols. We truly appreciate the quality of care provided and would definitely recommend Lucent to anyone in need of diagnostic imaging services. This was my second time having an ultrasound at this clinic, and both experiences were excellent. The staff is very kind, and the technician was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was done with great care and attention, and I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere!
Could not get an appointment before Monday. Other places to book online and then they would call back. Here Friday I called, got a live person responding to the phone immediately. They asked me to come in and in 10-12 minutes all done. Amazing polite and efficient staff.
I booked an appointment this morning and got one for 2:30pm, thankfully, I got a chest x-ray. The receptionist was kind and so was the technician! It was fast, first time doing one and I am just so thankful its close by as well. You have to use the front door to go downstairs. You can use the elevator or staircase. Very clean and just overall great experience. Thank you ?
The service is excellent. They called me to remind me the date and the detail requirements. The environment is very clean and neat. The ultrasound doctor is very patient and nice. Thanks to all of you, Especially during the pandemic time. God bless you.
Excellent Service!!! I had a urgent specialist appointment in the coming week and an ultrasound result was needed. After 1.5 hours calls, they were the only one which would like to help and arrange. the receptionist, Rayna, helped booked an urgent and overtime appointment. The technologist, Joyce, was very nice too. I really appreciated their time and help!!
Female ultrasound specialist, keep complaining difficult to scan, after scan, give small piece paper to wipe a lot of lub by myself, where in the back can't even see and hard to reach. Find it rude and unprofessional. Will avoid.
