I’ve been to this clinic many times and have always had a good impression of the staff. I even recommended it to many friends. But today, during an ultrasound appointment, I had a disturbing experience with a technician named Carolyn. While I was waiting, she openly mocked my name and said, “I can’t believe someone actually has a name like that,” right in front of me. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. During the scan, her technique was clearly unskilled and rough. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a medical facility.
Super clean and calming place, and Amy was fantastic! Super gentle, great with instructions, she made my ultra sound experience super easy! Thanks Amy!
I did my X-Ray and Untrasound, expect more info related to my body condition to be shared with me, but didn't get much useful info. It's not bad, just not strongly recommended as well.
I returned here for another check-up due to my previous positive experience, and it didn’t disappoint! I was greeted by the same receptionist as last time, who was just as patient and friendly as before. Although there was a slight delay with the appointment, the receptionist took the time to explain the situation and apologized sincerely. The technician was different this time, but they were just as professional. Overall, the quality of service remains excellent, and I would highly recommend this place!
I gave the review before, and the manager was harassing me every day with multiple phone calls, just to make me delete my review. I came to my appointment on time, turned out the receptionist couldn’t find it, and kept me waiting for ~1.5 hours with a full bladder. Meanwhile she let all the other patients who arrived later get the ultrasound done, very rude to me and unprofessional! This is ridiculous. Your manager called me every single day of that week. Also by simply calling me exaggerating you cannot prove you’re telling the truth. I did NOT exaggerate I only tell my story, maybe other people got fair experiences.
I had great experience at Taigu, the receptionist and technician were both very try kind and polite. Bonus points given to the warm ultrasound gel, I’ve never had that anywhere else, makes it a bit more comfortable for patients. Very considerate??
