Had a great experience with “Ladan”. She is very experienced, kind, and punctual. She did my ultrasound for my first baby back in 2021 and doing my ultrasound for second one currently. I am so thankful for the service and support I receive every time I go to ODC Scarborough.
This was my first visit to this clinic for a pregnancy ultrasound, and I left feeling incredibly disappointed. The technician who handled my scan showed no warmth or professionalism from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting, no explanation of the process, and barely any interaction. It genuinely felt like she had no interest in her work or in the patients she was dealing with. What made it worse is that this was a very special appointment for us. My husband and I were excited to see our baby together, but she didn’t even call him into the room. Telling that she already spent an hour capturing the pictures of the baby,which is she doesn’t know how to do her job properly. My appointment was at 1 pm i was there at 1 pm,how long will it take to show the baby for my partner?? Just 5 minutes?? The entire scan was done in silence and unapproachable when i asked something and even then the answers were dismissive. The atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, which is the last thing anyone wants during a pregnancy scan. A visit like this should feel reassuring and supportive, but instead it felt cold and uncaring. I truly believe the clinic needs to improve their training in communication and patient care because expectant parents deserve compassion and proper guidance during such meaningful moments. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t return, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this clinic to others.
I had a very good experience at the Ontario Imaging Diagnostic Center at Markham and Ellesmere. The clinic is clean and efficient, and my nurse Ladan was incredibly kind and reassuring. She made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I went here for my 19-week anatomy scan, and the experience was honestly terrible. The ultrasound tech was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. She barely spoke, acted annoyed, and didn’t seem to care about explaining anything. For such an important scan, her attitude was really upsetting. The receptionist was also rude, unprofessional, and acted like I was bothering her just by checking in. The energy at the front desk was completely unwelcoming. The only reason I even came here was because every other clinic was fully booked and I needed a last-minute appointment. After this experience, I definitely won’t be returning. Their customer service seriously needs improvement.
Wonderful experience at Ontario Imaging Diagnostics Markham & Ellesemere. The clinic offers great availability and the staff is welcoming. I highly recommend Ladan; she is friendly, extremely experienced, and an absolute professional.
Very bad experience at my NT scan. I have done several dating scans at other clinics before and this was the worst scan I have even had. The technician was so lifeless it seemed that she didn’t want to come to work or talk to anyone at all. She didn’t show me any baby’s parts nor did ANY explanation at all. She just turned the screen to me at the end and said “this is your baby”. Period. Well I know, thank you for telling me. NT scan is an important scan and it should be my first time seeing my baby as a fetus but she ruined it.
Just got an ultrasound and x-ray done. Great services, despite a lot of clients, wait time is short ( provided you have booked an appointment). Ali the radiologist is very professional and very efficient. Located in the basement but provide good wifi in case you need to msg someone. A lot of free parking available right outside.
