The property is excellently maintained, and the management team demonstrates real professionalism and care. Any concerns are handled promptly, and the staff are always courteous. It’s a quiet, well-managed place to live ! highly recommended!

Extremely loud neighbours. The staircase smells like wet dog and is frequently dirty. Kids run in the hallways late at night and early mornings. Very small laundry room that has residents using two at a time and there's only about 5 washers and dryers. There are tiny ants everywhere, especially the washrooms. And the walls are quite thin. The parking lot is not managed well in Winter, you will continuously be stuck. This building has gone downhill and management seems to be non-existent.
