This is my second review, and the fact that I’m even writing another one should tell you everything. The safety issues in this building keep getting worse, and management keeps acting like there’s “nothing they can do.” The doors are still being propped open with the building’s own yellow “wet floor” sign. The floors were dry. The sign should have been put away in the storage room. Instead, it was left out, and residents have been using it to keep the door unlocked. People are also tampering with the lock mechanics, and management still does nothing. When I brought this up, the manager literally laughed and repeated that there’s no solution. That is simply not true. Enforcing safety rules is possible. Addressing the people who keep forcing the door open is possible. Choosing not to bother is a management choice — a lazy one. I threw the yellow sign out because it was being used to compromise the door again. I was raised to put things back where they belong and that anything left abandoned is garbage. If management isn’t going to return their equipment to the storage room, then it’s clutter — and a safety hazard. Instead of listening, the manager yelled at me. Not a conversation. Not a discussion. Just yelling. When I tried to speak, he talked over me. Apparently I’m “not allowed” to remove the sign, but somehow they are allowed to leave it sitting in the lobby for days, creating a safety risk in a building they’re supposed to protect. If management won’t keep this building safe, then residents end up doing the work they refuse to do. That’s exactly what happened when I threw the yellow sign in the garbage, and I won’t apologize for caring about the security of the place I PAY to live in. This building could be safe. It could be clean. It could be properly managed. But the people running it choose the bare minimum every single time — unless they’re yelling at the wrong person. Also, Homeless person smoking in the stairwell once again… P.S. The property owner replied to my first review asking me to “reach out.” I have already sent multiple emails in the past year — not to one email address, but to three different ones. I have never received a single solution from anyone. The invitation to contact you means nothing if nobody actually cares.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with this building! The management team is very professional, responsive, and caring. They always make sure the place is well-maintained and that residents’ needs are taken seriously. The staff are friendly, respectful, and go above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate how organized and supportive the management has been. It makes living here feel comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended!
I’ve really enjoyed my stay here! The environment is always clean and well maintained. The property manager, staff, and management team are very professional and always willing to help. One time I had an issue with my toilet, and they resolved it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.
If you’re even considering living here, don’t. The people running this building are lazy, careless, and flat-out don’t do their jobs. They let the main doors stay wide open, which means anyone — and I mean anyone — can walk in. I’ve seen homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, trash piling up, and residents outside half-dressed in the middle of the day. And management? They look the other way. The cameras are there, the proof is there, but no one cares enough to fix a single thing. This place went from safe and clean to a complete embarrassment. Move in only if you enjoy being ignored and paying rent to people who do absolutely nothing.
