For any issue that arises, from the smallest inconvenience to a major repair, Bernardo's response is always prompt, professional, and reassuring. What truly sets him apart is his wonderfully positive and approachable nature. He handles every situation with a calm competence that immediately puts you at ease. It’s incredibly comforting to know that there is someone so reliable and genuinely caring looking out for the residents.
People get stuck in the elevator all of the time. There is a woman and her daughter who run the building..they drink a lot make racial slurs and they are in everyone's face and business.....at least they got rid of the office woman who slammed a door on a pregnant woman..that was a good move
Lots of work being done at the building. New carpets. Yes the elevators are frustrating. Manager said new ones are coming. I think about 7 tenants need to move out and the building will be like new. People need to care for things - no common sense
Building 126 has 1 elevator that has been down for almost a year, no hot water for months now, I've submitted for things to be repaired in my apt and it's been 2yrs and I'm still waiting. Plus there's roaches! Don't move here unless your already use to trash
Been living here about 6 years now the old landlords weren't repairing anything but since they switched property managers the place has really been shaping up got all my taps repaired and took care of the mold problems , you see roaches on the first floor now and then but I haven't seen them on my entire floor in over a year now so hopefully things stay this way . These are also massive apartments so much more room than downtown .
The city needs to flag this property...the worst building I've ever lived in. Mind you, we just moved in 3 months ago. From day one, it has been a disaster. My wife and I even tried to be nice and give them the benefit of the doubt hoping that things will get better...that was a total mistake. I don't even know where to begin with. From the cleanliness to the management of this property, everything is the worst. I feel like we're being robbed and they don't do nothing to fix issues. Plus the manager doesn't even know her duties or what to do. You ask her a question and the only answer she has coming out her mouth is "I don't know", "I'm not sure" or "it's not my call"...just ridiculous. Can't wait to move out of this sh*thole, excuse my French. I will contact the city myself about this issue so we can leave before the end of our lease. This place is garbage...I can write a whole book about it.
If I could choose 0 stars that's what this place would get. Where to even begin, this building is absolutely disgusting. Garbage cans over flowing, carpets full of dirt, garbage all over the lawn outside, the floors always look dirty. People throw stuff off their balcony and onto the ground. For a large building I see cleaners ONCE a week. The maintenance is awful. You put in a work order form and it doesn't get answered until months after and that's emergency things. I've even seen bugs crawling on the walls. They have changed management and still no bloody improvement. They raise up the rent but have done NOTHING to improve the units. Our fridge has been broken since December and they have yet to come and fix it or replace it. Tiles have been falling off in the bathroom, the stove is broken, our cupboards don't even close. This is by far the worst building I've ever lived. The city for sure needs to get involved with this building. Tenants don't deserve the way this place is left for the amount of money they pay.
