Place is a joke of a place called about 5 times on Sunday and not once did they pick up good service they need to re staff this place because it's junk
Extremely disappointed with the service at the PartSource Danforth location. The two workers refused to honor a simple price match. They said we had to bring a physical flyer or go to the other retailer’s store, take a picture of the discounted item, and show it to them. We explained that nobody uses physical flyers anymore — everything is digital now — but they said that’s the only valid proof. How does that make sense in today’s world where everyone checks flyers online? They also claimed they “can’t check Flipp,” and said it’s “the manager’s policy.” At first, they insisted they only price match Canadian Tire, until we showed them the official PartSource price match policy from their own website. Then they refused again when we showed the same product, grade, and litres listed on Flipp. Even when we showed another valid listing directly from a retailer’s website they could search themselves, they still said no. The staff were uncooperative, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. When we called them out for being stingy, they told us to “go back to Walmart and get it there.” They just blamed “Manager Kevin” for making the rules and said they can’t do anything. Completely unprofessional and not how customer service should work. I will not recommend this location to anyone.
I am reviewing this for the guy outside who was checking out for his parking lot! Man! You gotta teach them how to talk! Just a simple “Excuse me, you cant park here” would have been enough, but “cant you read the sign” “what does it say, read it!” Things like this surely indicate how racist he was by my skin colour and thought I cant speak English! (Guessing by the clinic right beside them who mostly cant speak english properly) Yes i was going to the pharmacy to get something quick and didn’t see the sign! But please!!! Teach this guy how to talk to people, could i not be a the next perspective customer! I swear, you will not see me or my family going into your store with this attitude! (Of course there were plenty of empty spots even opposite of the clinic, wasn’t checking much and thinking about the shade, parked in front of them, i would apologize and move, but my oh my, that attitude god forgive us)
The parts, the price, the pros! Part Source has the parts a car should need. Excellent service, good atmosphere and a good group of guys including Trini who provided me with excellent service. Keep up the excellent work, guys!
Trini was excellent. Came in asking for a tool for an oil change and he knew the exact tool I was looking for. Called back because I broke the part and he recommended me a better part and set it to the side for me. Thanks a lot Trini
This is the best PartSource I've ever dealt with. Trini the sales person and Thava the delivery person goes beyond their limits to fulfill customer needs. Other staff are amazing as well. Will continue my business with them
I ordered an upper control arm, outer tie rod and abs sensor from the whitby location. I placed the order sunday at 2:30pm. They said it should be here today (Monday) at the whitby location for 3:30 at the latest today. I get there at 5, and now the tie rod didn't show up. So now I have to drive to pickering to get my tie rod. This could've all been avoided if they did their job and made sure everything was in the order before they sent it. If I could give 0 stars I would, but 1 is the lowest, so that will suffice.
