I recently needed a TCU for my Mazda 3 and accidentally ordered the wrong part online. At first, I was told I would need to cancel the order and place it over the phone since the correct part wasn’t available online. Later, I had the chance to speak with Tony, the Parts Manager, and he was incredibly helpful. He understood the urgency of my situation and went out of his way to make sure the correct part would be available for pickup the very next day. Tony took care of everything quickly and professionally. His willingness to help and his understanding truly made a huge difference during a stressful time. I’m extremely grateful for his support—he was a real lifesaver. Excellent customer service like his is rare, and it deserves recognition. Highly recommend dealing with Tony!
I’m sure the part ordered is great but it is stuck in the Canada Post strike so it has not reached me yet unfortunately… The order process went smoothly.
Was there with my friend today for a 8PM test drive appointment. We were asked to wait . After waiting for an hour, at 9 PM the sales rep said "sorry we can't test drive today".
The whole Mazda dealership team is great — from the managers to the sales staff — but this was my first time having such a good experience with the concierge service. Najib Farid really impressed me with his amazing customer service. He’s very respectful, easy to talk to, and truly tries to understand the customer’s problem. He didn’t rush me, he listened carefully, and gave me the best solution. People like Najib make the whole experience so much better. I really appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the dealership!
Ordered YES brand new OEM wheels for my son's car 2011 Mazda 2 and paid ONLY $347.68 including tax with FREE shipping for 4 wheels! Ordered last Thursday and just received it today in Ottawa. What an awesome online buying experience and will buy again if I need anything for his car! FYI: Other places are still selling the same OEM wheels for approx. $900 including tax, what a jip!!!
Customer service is lack luster. I called their establishment to coordinate my pickup of the order I made and they did not provide solutions to resolve the issue with the pickup. Sales and Service department do not communicate. No team work in their company.
Be cautious when purchasing tires here. Purchased Pirelli Winter Tires here for CX-9 that lasted only 1 season (less than 10 000 km). Was trying to get the situation resolved for a few months now with no outcome. Have been a regular customer, not anymore.
