Lately when I’ve called here, they just disconnect the call before picking up or put you on hold, screw with you for a few minutes, and then disconnect the call.
All I can say is this guy DAVE needs a permanent vacation. Never met someone so miserable, entitled and rude it’s actually a joke. Will also be sending a very detailed email about our experience with you to your head office.
If I could give Napa zero stars, I would. They gave me the wrong car parts even though I provided all the correct details. When I went back to exchange them, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing or fixing their mistake, they outright refused to do the exchange. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location. One star is far too generous for how I was treated. And to be clear, I don't want any automated reply asking me to call someone. The damage is already done.
If you’re going to buy anything from this Napa location I suggest to stay away from salesperson name DAVID , he’s arrogant/rude / and doesn’t have good manners toward customers , I’ve had couple of bad experience with him and I think I’m done with this location
Needed specific oil, most places closed Saturday on long weekend, but they were open and had the correct oil and even let me borrow a funnel and cloths and ensured I put in the correct amount. Very helpful
Good store and staff but the NAPA premium ceramic brake pads are not very good. It is not the same exact fitment as OE and it creates a lot of break dust compared to OEM pads. I should have just bought it from the dealer. The fitment discrepancy make a clunking noise only when braking in reverse. which is the pads moving in its position.
I dealt with Mark at the Birchmount location in Scarborough regarding a relay for my TOYOTA truck. He was a pleasurer to deal with. Anytime I have been to this store the group has always been courteous and a wealth of info with regard to their part knowledge and automotive expertise.
