Asked about a cross rails they told me to drive there as they will hold it for me. I drove 1 hr to get there and then said they sold it. Had to drive an hr home with nothing. They promised to get me a set and ship to me at no extra charge. 3 different times they say they sold the last one to someone else. Now they keep blaming tariffs. Don't go here. They are not good business people. They lie and waste people's time.
Great experience in dealing with them. Ordered a lip and while it did take a month or two to arrive they communicated with me the whole time! Definitely recommend
Purchased a lip from here and have had no issues. People expect perfect quality for an aftermarket piece that is 1/10th of the price of an original. Definitely coming back to acquire more pieces.
Best Auto sport accessories shop! Have a lot of car accessories. It's my second time visiting and the customer service is very good. Bought some moss for my car and I highly recommend this shop.
Steven was great, don't know what everyone is on here about but it's a small store with fair prices, picked up an RSX type R wing, quick and easy deal, no issues.
I haven’t encountered such a confused business in quite some time. I located an ad from this business on Facebook marketplace, indicating a specific price for a specific car part, in which the post didn’t include any additional details on potential markups for different variations etc. Upon arrival at the store, I was informed the part was 3x the price, and that the listing price was indicative only of the cheapest variation of that part (although it was not stated on the posting). Out of frustration I left, but returned the next day as I urgently required the part. Before I returned, I called the place of business to inquire if the part would cause a particular error with the vehicle - the man assured me on the phone it would not and he’s never heard of such thing. I arrived at the place of business, spoke with a woman and asked the same question, in which she informed me that she felt it would likely cause that error. I cannot attest to the quality of the parts at this business, but I can say their communication is awful. They misled me, twice.
I really don’t know why the recent reviews were over-exaggerating rated 1 star. This is a great auto shop ong! Was looking for a type s/r wing for my rsx and Steven was very helpful! :D Please don’t take these bad reviews to heart because you’ll never know if their true once you visit their shop!
