****please read*** I don’t usually write reviews but when I do, I like to give details. I am going by saying it was easy to book my eyelashes extension appointment. I went to this place as my regular lashes person was away and I wanted to get them prior my vacation. The owner was nice when I went in, the place has no washroom and her hands looked not clean. I was hesitant to continue with my service, however like I said I needed to get my lashes done. I chose hybrid which was $130 (typically 2 hours) but she spent one hour and half. To be honest I was happy to be done early bcs the cheap beds she had, would be make very uncomfortable. At the end, I paid cash then left. As soon as I got home my lashes started to fall, I was a bit worried but I waited to see if they continue to fall. Thé next day I messaged the owner who did my lashes and sent her photos of my lashes and my eyes and she said it is normal to 1 or 2 falling every day, however I explained it is not only 1 or 2. She said from the photos you do not have any gaps so they should be ok. I explained to her I am worried they would fall completely during my vacation and I said I will text you tomorrow if they continue to fall. My lashes were falling like chunks at night and the next day. So I messaged her and she said the same thing “it is normal, I don’t have any issues with my other clients” and if I m too worried I can come back for mini fix $40 in a week. I message her back and told her I can come the day before my vacation for her to fix and asked if it it will be free of charge since if it was the third day of getting them done. It’s then when she gave me the silent treatment and never replied. Unfortunately, I could not do anything and went to my vacation and lost all my lashes the next day of my vacation and was left with two lashes on the right eye and three on the left and my husband was trying to help me to remove them completely so I don’t look hideous. Please be aware of the good reviews but she asks all clients to put a review right after the service. Like I said she was being nice but that’s about it!!!! Scam! I learned my lesson. Was looking for a new lash tech and came across here and thought i’d give it a try. The lashes were FALLING OFF SO FAST. After only a few hours of getting them done they were falling off already! It hasnt even been a week and there are few lashes left such a waste.
I went to Nelly for my very first lash lift and tint experience. She was very professional and efficient and i am so thrilled with the results!!! I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend this place! Editing to add add second review: went and had my first eyelash extension experience with Nilofar and she did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!
I had such an amazing experience getting my lashes done today. The communication was very clear and my artist made sure to follow my detail to a T. I was even more happier with the finish look than what I had in mind. The environment was very welcoming and clean. I am excited to return for my 2-3 weekrefill . This will not be the last time of me coming here. My new lash tech! I’m so happy that my friend referred me, location is very close and convenient for myself.
