Ugh, the worst! I got a wax, but they oiled me afterward, so I didn't see the hair left on my hands and legs. Plus, my eyebrows are totally uneven, and they didn't even clean the wax out of my nose and ears properly.
I have been visiting this beauty parlour for threading for a long time and always had a good experience—until today (September 14, 2024). Unfortunately, it was a disaster. A new girl did my eyebrows, and the experience was nothing short of unprofessional. She thinned them out too much, completely ruining the shape. I spoke to the owner to express my concerns, and she assured me that she could "figure it out." To my surprise, her solution was to fill in the over-plucked areas with an eyebrow pencil! I couldn’t believe it—how can you make my eyebrows thicker again with makeup? I'm not that naive. I ended up walking out because I didn’t want to endure any more of this terrible service. I'm really disappointed and will not be returning.??
This salon is reasonable than any other salon but do you know why A) No fan or ventilation it was extremely hot inside B) Absolutely untidy salon hair lying all over C) No powder applied on face before threading D) The threading hurted a lot E) Post threading baby oil was applied! No cream no gel as baby oil can be inexpensive right! Moreover I told the salon lady to do only my forehead, eyebrows,upper lips and chin, she forced me twice to do the side locks I said I don't do it as I get redness and pimples at times and her answer was it can be a hormone problem don't eat oily food. Who is she to decide what I eat and what problems I have When I told her I have sensitive skin and no hormone issues and pimples just at times which are natural, they do not come only by oily food to anyone she said I also have sensitive skin but I don't get redness and pimples. Who is she even to compare? I had to explain to her every person is different. People can go to any extent to earn money! I'd rather pay 50$ but never go back to this salon.
Such a horrible service.. yesterday I went for a facial and she did the eyebrows after that and my face is full of wounds and rashes! Bad service and in my eyebrows she took half of it and I look very horrible.. never ever go to this shop please!
Brought my saree for pleating and ironing. Was told to pick up next day evening. When I went to pick up it was not ready and asked to wait for 15min. I gave them 1 hour time. When i brought it home the saree was pleated wrongly inside out. When i called to report on it the owner hang up without even saying sorry. Careless and poor service. Will not recommend!!
