It was my first time at totally you beauty they were so welcoming and friendly. Anisa who did my shampoo and conditioner and also braided my hair she was so gentle. Marcia did a amazing job with my hair. I am definitely coming back. Thank you guys for the best experience.

What a welcoming staff! The owner was incredibly sweet and tends to her clients. Raquelle who did my braids did a fantastic job! Best place to have your weaves and braids done. 10/10!
I'm happy other customers were satisfied with their services. I went to this salon twice. The first time I went I was over charged and this time I went I was dissatisfied with the style. I showed Marcia 4 photos of what I was looking for and one of what I used to have, but didn't want. I told her I wanted the cut long enough so I can do a wash ago for the summer if it's too hot/humid for flat iron. Marcia gave me the style I used to have but much shorter, which is exactly what I did not want. I only realized she cut too much off when I was able to see some what of the back (by the time its too late). I went home and immediately washed out the style and realized I had heat damage by the service. So, my hair is cut off (literally) and I have heat damage. GREAT! Perfect! Exactly what I wanted for my natural hair. I, obviously, will not be going back to this Salon.
It's important to be able to trust your hairdresser and have confidence in their skill. In all the years I've spent coming to Totally You, I know that I am in the hands of a skilled, capable professional. Marcia does her best to help her customers look their best while keeping their hair healthy and you know you're dealing with someone who remembers you, your preferences and your needs as a customer and as someone she interacts with. If you have an idea you need to communicate but can't, she has the experience and skills to help you express them and meet your goal. She doesn't just have a loyal customer base, she has friends, family and acquaintances who know they can count on her and who know she will do her best to accommodate them. I can personally vouch for this as someone with pretty bad eyesight. Marcia has never been rude or dismissive to me once, quite the opposite. Be sure to give her a chance when you can.
Not worth visiting, if i can give a minus one review, i would. The owner is loud and classless and must have been high when we visited. i went there with a friend of mine, after my friend cornrow her hair, the owner charge her 40 dollars, my friend informed her that it wasnt her first time there and she was charge 30 dollars before, the owner then reduced the price to 30 with tax making it 33 dollars, we paid and left which was around 7:30 pm. at 11:30pm at night my friend got a nasty text message from the owner, claiming my friend was classless and she was going to inform her lawyer, that my friend didn't want to pay the tax on the hair. Confused we went back their this morning to ask what the text message was about because there was no drama whatsoever on the transaction. she claimed my friend had wrote a bad review on her shop which was why she decided to text a very long and insulting message to her. even while we were trying to explain that we didn't write any review, she was adamant that we did, and started shouting and insulting us, when she check the review she claimed we wrote, the name was different and the review showed it was written last week. she definitely showed us even with businesses be careful when you call , because some just take random number and send them text message, she was loud, obnoxious, high and classless
I absolutely hated my experience.. Went in for a hair cut and came out bald. This woman knows nothing about hair. The only reason I give a 1 star is bcuz I can't rate any lower. I would give it a negative if I could. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
