I went in the store today and talking to the young lady with the curly black hair, she was very kind and extremely helpful. While talking to her I saw an old lady with blonde hair sitting on the stool behind the cash staring at us the entire time. It made me uncomfortable. When the associate and I got to the cash the old lady told the associate to sell me another product. I felt very uncomfortable and bought the product, not because I wanted it. I bought it because I thought the cashier would get in trouble if I didn't buy it. That older lady with the blonde hair gives off bad vibes. It was a blink twice if your being held hostage kind of vibe between me and the cashier. In the future I will only shop in the store if the old lady isn't there.
Absolutely horrible that’s why they have no customers because all the staff will follow you around and not let you even look at anything and treat you like you’re stealing
Went there a couple weeks ago with a friend and we were looking at hair dyes and chatting a bit, two sales associates there and we didn't seem to find the right dye my friend wanted but as we were starting to head out one of the ladies kept asking questions as if we were being accused of taking an item. Ex "were you going to purchase the dye you were looking at just now?" and eyeing us up and down and looking at our hands, and at this point we already heard them and saw them watching us and we always walk around with open hands because we know as POC we always get looked at shopping. So this just wasn't a great experience. If only people looked at these reviews and took into action how we can have compassion for customers. We were nothing but kind and we felt like we were awful people for looking at items.
Oct 2024 today was an amazing visit to Sally's the ladies there on this day were a joy to deal with. Customer service with these associates is so appriciated and respected. The 2 ladies names are 1 was Carleigh, what a sweet professionally young lady very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive ty so much Carleigh. 2nd lady was Yessenia she was very professional and very helpful made sure we were happy with our purchases, absoloutly a pleasure to deal with these ladies thank you Yessenia. These 2 ladies will for sure keep up coming back kudos to u 2 ladies for making Sally's a great place to shop .....you 2 are embassedors to Sally's I want to thank you both so very much Prior visit ... I visit this location often and I'm deeply dissapointed of one of the associates seems to have no respect for her co works and she speaks to them like they are beneath her . She is pushy and rude I seen to find myself not wanting to visit this location because of her being there. I was in retail management for 12 years and she is unacceptable . Doreen needs to be retrained to work with the public and her Co workers it looks bad on the business having a sales person in front of ur store that acts superior to others
Cheap prices but having all the employees in front of the counter is kind of an awkward set up like 5 employees are in your way while checking out just watching you pay in complete silence…. Awkward.
Old lady with blonde/white hair…. Horrible Customer service. Went to store today. Her: hi how are you? Me: good thank you, yourself? Her: mute Her: starts showing me nonsense and gave me no space always behind me.. After cashing out- Me : thank you, take care. Her: on mute again Like what was thatttttt?
I went here today Jan 31 (Wed) @2:30pm to buy a black hair dye and one of the staff talk to me regarding about how I can make my hair back to black and my hair was a bit yellow brown. She recommended me so many hair dye like golden brown and another colour and another one before the black hair dye. Then, she was just standing there beside me and checking if i get the products she recommended and when i was taking only what i needed she keep saying thats not gonna colour your hair to black. I was shocked because this much product that i needed to buy just to make my hair black. When i was already paying my stuff that i chose she was saying “you should get those because if not your hair will turn GREEN” and when i was asking her about some questions when she was helping like if i put this colour to my hair what colour it will turn out? And shes like “ i dont know” then why do keep recommending so much hair dye if you dont even know how it will turn out and saying that your hair will turn “GREEN”. She is using scare tactic to make the customer buy a lot of products which is bad because if a customer doesnt really know anythig they will just buy whatever she recommended and end up not getting the colour you wanr. Take note because they have 20% off if you buy 4 products of ION and i’m like thats only 20% off. Please teach your staff to be more friendly and educated not only because they needed to sell stuff to have more sales. My hair turn to black right away after just 1 dye.
