I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store. They sold me what turned out to be a fake product, and when I reached out for a return or refund, they completely refused to take responsibility. Despite having personnel who present themselves professionally, the lack of genuine customer service is shocking. It feels like their only focus is to take your money and disappear, with no accountability or interest in customer satisfaction. This kind of dishonest business practice is unsustainable — I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t stay in business for long. Avoid this store at all costs. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere with businesses that value honesty and treat their customers with respect.
First time buying a wig, the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They stayed past open hours to help me find the perfect wig. Very kind and helpful. I love my new hair!!
