I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve shopped at this location for my nail supplies for a long time because it’s convenient, and I’ve always been friendly when I walk in and greet the owner. Today, for the first time, I experienced what felt like discriminatory treatment. I asked for a specific color, and she told me they didn’t have it. Immediately after, I heard her speaking to someone in the back, and he walked into the same aisle I was in. I didn’t think much of it at first, but as I continued shopping, he kept appearing in every aisle I went to. When I returned to the aisle with the nail colors, the owner followed right behind me and asked again if I needed help. The part that upset me the most is that the color she insisted they didn’t have was actually right there on the shelf—I found it myself. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. I have never given any reason to be treated with suspicion, yet I felt singled out and watched as if I was doing something wrong. I was a loyal customer, but this experience was uncomfortable and completely avoidable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
This is one of my favourite nail supplies. Have a lot of options. Good quality products. The staff is very friendly and informative. Always come back here.
drove all the way here only to find out they are closed until oct 18th? So disappointed, do better and post something for ur customers, one of which u just lost
Terrible customer service, I called the store to seek the price of a product because their website doesn’t work properly. I called once, no answer, called a second time and the lady who picked up was super rude and told me “come to the store im in the middle of a call” and hung up the phone on me, while I was asking the price of the product. I have no issue if you’re busy, but the customer service is LACKING. There’s no issue if you’re on the phone but you simply could’ve offered a call back to answer my inquiry while you finished up your call. Not a good way to conduct a business from one business owner to another, I won’t be coming back here.
Great service and high-quality products! The staff is friendly, helpful, and really knows their stuff. I’ve ordered several times and everything always arrives on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommend this place for all your nail supply needs
I went into the store to look for an item that was not there, which was fine as I proceeded to walk down the aisles to see what the store did offer with products I was being followed in every aisle that I went into the owner/ employee would act like she was fixing something on the shelves. unfortunately, I will never be going back there again. I felt like I was being watched as if I was going to steal something. Although the store is very convenient to my location I will continue to travel to Toronto nail & beauty supply or Jessica nail supply.
It’s very disappointing when a business is not professional. I went this morning hoping to shop before my clients and even though the sign says “Open” and it’s after 10 am on a Tuesday. No one was there and the door was locked.
