I bought a Babyliss blow dryer in May. Stopped working in July. They could do nothing for me. Wouldn’t do a straight exchange. Nothing. I found the exact same dryer up the street for 50 dollars less. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
This shop treats customers poorly. I bought a hairbrush and wanted to replace it, knowing that there are thirty days for replacement, but the worker refused despite the lifting of Covid restrictions.
I’m really happy I found this place. I was specifically looking for DermOrganic, they have it, along with top shelf products. Service is always A+. Highly recommend.
This is a convenient location for me. However, I have been dealing with them for about 7 years and basically only prder one product as they don't carry it all the time. So then it is deemed a special order. It always gets lost in the shuffle, ALWAYS!!. The girls on the front desk have no personality. It is like dealing with the Walking Dead. The owner tries to come out and appease but he is about as much help as a jar of mayonaisse on maroon suitcase. If you are not pressed for time, gp ahead with them.
