Shivana 10/10 She is so knowledgeable, kind and caring. Very professional and an excellent sales woman. If you’re lucky enough to go in while Shivana is working you should be in for some top notch service and help! 10/10
I’ve been to this location multiple times and left with a great experience , and have sent someone in on my behalf twice in the past and still without issue. Staff were kind, informative, and patient, over the phone and in person. That being said, whoever was there today Oct 16 around 10:40am was incredibly rude and REFUSED to make recommendations even when asked. It was extremely uncomfortable and I just left because the staff member was unfriendly and snapping from the first question. I asked about a specific dye, she snapped that they don’t sell the brand. THAT’S IT. I am sure other brands also carry RED dye. I had to ask chatGPT for “equivalent shades of red at Sally’s” (despite standing in Sally’s with a staff member). Then I showed her a picture and asked what she’d recommend to get a similar shade over black hair. She said she can’t tell me, unless that person comes in. That person was on the phone on speaker. I tried to tell her that I’ve been here multiple times and other staff told me what to get. She said No, she can’t tell me anything. There is also a polite way to say things, but she said it all in such a rude tone, I left right away, without buying the other things I needed( I always grab staff recommended conditioners & styling products).
I didn't even want to give a one star for this location, but the short lady you guys have work today (November 11 @1:02pm ) needs to be working in the stock room ONLY, she should have access to interact with customer EVER, people don't want to here employees complain about being short staff and you don't have time to pack the product on the shelves, the lady only came to buy a shampoo, after I asked for she help on the gels and LED lamps because I don't know many about the brands her reply " there all the same ". Very condescending tone I just walked out the store. Very unprofessional and rude.
There is a lady that speaks spanish, she super rude and nosy. She speaks to the clients like she knows everything and wants clients to buy what she wants but not what the client needs. Her way of overselling is ridiculous. I just went to this store today to buy some dyers for my head she was so against of me buying, she started questioning my decisions and my capabilities of doing things, I ended up leaving the store without any product because she refused to sell me the product I had taken to the cash since she claimed “it wasnt enough” and “i didnt even know how it was going to turn out” very disappointed on the service and will never be coming back to this place ever.
Just bought some hair dye and accessories for my first dye session at home and have to say the two ladies helping me were fantastic! I felt educated, confident and reassured with the products and information they gave me! Forgot to ask for their names, but they were great!
One of the stores I will drive to in order to get what I need. Staff is very very helpful. Somehow they always find me a solution and the product I need. And they are willing to look for things u like at other stores. Edit: still amazing staff. I called last week looking for a product that wasn’t stocked. Staff took my number and was going to call me back when they got the product. Will pick up today. That’s amazing customer service!
Guy who worked there spoke down to me. On top of that he cashed out the white ppl behind me first... He thinks he's better than other ppl. Rude and disgusting customer service. I posted a review about my experience before and magically it disappeared. ♀️
