I had BAX design and build custom cabinetry for my kitchen, family room and laundry room. My designer, Yin was fantastic to work with. She was patient with many design modifications and had a wealth of knowledge and skill creating a beautiful, inviting and functional kitchen, family room and laundry room. I can’t say enough good things about Bax and Louie at Bax. When we started our kitchen renovation, we just had a few ideas of what we want it to look like, but Louie helped take those ideas and turn it into a reality. He was there with us every step of the way to bounce ideas off of and we sat with him and designed the kitchen we wanted and got to see renderings using his software which was every helpful when making decisions. We were so happy with Baxx we went back to them to help us design our washroom cabinetry and as you can tell from the pictures the results were absolutely amazing for both projects Baxx has very good communication they were there for us when we wanted to make small changes even after the installation and their product quality is top notch, I highly recommend them!
Words cannot express the level of appreciation I have for Chris and his team. Check out the BEFORE and AFTER videos below! Chris is an extremely detail oriented individual - and it comes out in his work. He prepared numerous 3D renderings to ensure we were completely satisfied with layout. Our kitchen reno involved few complexities - including the tear down of a wall and moving of drain pipes and other fixtures. Definitely not a simple job. To provide additional comfort, Chris stopped by a number of times to ensure the general contractor followed design - and did not deviate from plan or require adjustments to final drawing sets (in other words, he took a very cautious approach to procurement) The Bax team did an incredible job with the installation. They were extremely efficient with their time - and did not sacrifice quality at any time. I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. As you can see, the reno to our kitchen was transformational.
Can't recommend the BAX team highly enough. We worked with their design team on a new TV/feature wall, with a Frame TV mounted on the wall with storage below for BluRays/DVDs which was just completed. The install team were fantastic, making sure that original crown moulding was reinstalled and every inch of the space was cleaned up and tidied after install! The costs were an absolute bargain, given the quality of the workmanship and finished product. In a few weeks, BAX are completing a kitchen refit for us and we're confident that we're in safe hands for that.
This is the fifth Kitchen that I have done with Bax. They are an amazing team, very professional with an advice from the heart. I have been doing work with them since 2011. They are right on time with an excellent customer service. Their quality matches if not exceeds those that are twice the price. Certainly their service far exceeds expectations. They take their time explaining every single detail and go through various design and hardware options. Highly recommended.
We are currently in the process of completing our kitchen with Bax kitchens for an approximate cost of 20 thousands dollars. In the cabinets there are two screws piercing through the wood shelves in each of them. I wouldn't have thought for professionals cabinet makers that this would be appropriate. My question is as anyone face the same issue is this normal procedure. Please comment.
