BEWARE OF M WOOD KITCHEN! They did custom quartz countertop installation and EVERYTHING went HORRIBLY WRONG. A man named Andy Cheung came and messed everything up, and does not want to acknowledge it. Firstly, the countertop on display at the show room is way different than what came. The countertop I got was almost all white with little marble effect. Secondly, the installation was so uneven that the kitchen drawers could not even close shut. Next, they did not secure our sink using silicone or drills as initially promised by the saleswoman. Andy was in such a rush to take our money and leave. He said if there were any problems that we should call him… YET UNTIL THIS DAY, HE NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE OR TEXTS. We complaint to saleswoman Mandy but she kept making excuses, dragging our situation for weeks and putting the blame and responsibilities on everyone but herself. She YELLED at us and called us “annoying” but this is YOUR FAULT FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT YOUR TEAM CAUSED. I AM SURE YOU WILL BE ANGRY AND STRESSED TOO IF YOU HAD NO WORKING KITCHEN FAUCET FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND COULD NOT COOK. It was such a bad experience with M Wood Kitchen that I am FOREVER SCARRED. For the sake of your sanity, PLEASE AVOID. At first, they act friendly until they finally take your money. Mandy initially informed us that her team covers services like securing the sink and drilling one small hole for a soap dispenser but then switch up and say they do not do those. In summary, they mess up your home, don’t pick up the phone, yell at you if they do pick up, make excuses and lies that drags on for weeks. Ultimately we had another company who came to fix everything that M Wood Kitchen messed up and EVEN THEY AGREED IT WAS AN UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE JOB!
I've had nothing but an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with M-Wood Kitchens. I worked with both Jim and Lucy who were both extremely patient, understanding and accommodating. Lucy, designed the kitchen even better than what I had envisioned. I would HIGHLY recommend M-Wood kitchens to everyone looking for a new kitchen. I will upload pictures once the countertops and lighting is complete.
They did my kitchen (cabinets and countertops) for me last year and did a great job. I had changes on my design a few times due to ongoing renovation changes and they were very accommodating. They were a bit delayed in getting everything installed as they had to redo one big cabinet and some glass shelves. But they did ultimately get everything fixed. I think talking to them in person helped. Their workmanship is great and Roger was great with responding to my requests.
I highly recommend this place ! We got a very beautiful kitchen installed along with stone work . The price was unbelievable and lowest I found ! Mandy our representative was always available and responded to any calls and text even on her day off! The finished product is stunning !
Recommended to me for cabinetry by the contractor who was renovating my kitchen I agreed to hire this company and was happy I did. The cabinets where beautiful, competitively priced and were delivered and installed with precision right on target with respect to the timelines I was given. I was happy to work together through a process of exchanging pictures of hardware and materials I wanted as well as from the design diagrams I was quickly sent for the overall plans of the job to make sure I communicated exactly what I was looking to have completed as the finished product. They had to return a couple of times just to tweak a few things to make it perfect for me and they did so without hesitation. Everyone I have dealt with at this company from customer service to installers have all be very polite and ultimately seem to want to take measures to make sure that I was happy doing business with them back then and that I would continue to be happy I did business with them a year and a half later. I am.
