We used this counter and tile company this past summer and give it a 5 star rating. If we could give it 10/5 we would. We had an installation booked for a Friday morning at 9:00 am and on the week leading up to the install found some mold in the walls behind the cabinets. We did our best to resolve the issue but as things go we needed to do more. I called them the day before, fully expecting pressure to go ahead with the installation however they were professional and understanding and said all that mattered was our contentment. I was blown away! It was weeks before we were ready and once it was done we couldn’t be happier. Also they did a small repair on a joint which was cracked soon after installation that was entirely our fault. They repaired it at no charge. We highly recommend this company.
K-Wood Kitchens and Bath transformed our drab, worn-out 1990s kitchen into a beautiful functional space. K-Wood had renovated our neighbours' kitchen two years ago and we had been impressed with their work. When the time came to renovate ours, we visited their spacious showroom and were met by Joe Ngai. He listened to what we had in mind and designed a lovely modern space for us, helping us select compatible finishes from the many choices available. He has talent! This was a big job - the old kitchen had to be completely gutted, a corner occupied by an ancient laundry chute re-built and a new opening for range hood venting to the exterior had to be made in the wall. It was a pleasure to have K-Wood look after everything: demolition, installation of new flooring, plumbing, electrical, cabinet delivery and installation and appliance installation. The K-Wood crews were friendly, professional, skilled and clean. The job was completed on-schedule and on-budget. We always felt that we were in good hands as questions were promptly responded to and dealt with. I highly recommend K-Wood Kitchens and Bath and anticipate using them when it is time to re-model our bathrooms.

We used K-wood for a complete kitchen reno, new lighting in the basement and replacement of our bathroom shower floor. I could not imagine a better experience and that is thanks to the K-wood team. Their product is fantastic, the design team is very helpful and they really listen to what you want- a special shout out to Simon who was the lead on our project. The construction and installation crews are fantastic; they are on time, hard working, great craftmanship and clean. We highly recommend K-wood and would use them again. Her charismatic demeanor and knowledgeable wisdom made the design phase enjoyable and reduced a lot of stress related to the decision-making process. The entire crew was professional and well skilled in their crafts. Endrina and David went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. K-Wood addressed and resolved all issues very quickly, and if we had any questions or concerns, Endrina was always available to discuss them and offer solutions.
