This is the best dispensary in malvern if not scarborough. Fizz the manager, and Ryan always treats me well. The overall service that is provided is always top tier, and im always told whenever a new strain is in, or what's currently trending or good. The bud quality is always good compared to other dispensaries, its never dry and always sticky . This is my go to dispensary and ive built up alot of discounts to lower the prices on my purchases . This is top tier service. Thankyou.
Five stars for playing Naruto while I visited to buy CBD. They have good taste in Anime. The staff was friendly. They were able to get me something small for me to buy and see if CBD can help me with my herniated disc. I'm hoping the stuff helps and if it does help, I'll go back to buy again. ??
Since new management under (Insert Current Manager here), the inventory has been well stocked, the employees are well informed and communicate all managorial policies with solemn dignity and customer satisfaction in consideration. I've personally seen several situations with disgruntled customers being handled respectfully and offered feasible alternatives without ever escalating the fued over simple discrepancies. Overall great price matching, friendly service, and amazing stock inventory.
I had such a great experience at Green Merchant .. The gentleman with the bun and the glasses was friendly and welcoming, super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain the different strains and made recommendations based on what I was looking for. You can tell he really cares about the customer and knows his stuff. The whole process felt easy and comfortable thanks to him. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!!!
Found this spot on my way home yesterday, for a small shop the selection was impressive! 2 Budtenders helped me out. one seemed to want a quick sale offering me popular items on the OCS. However the other was able to articulate herself really well, provided me with education and guided me thru some really great options that I haven’t seen before. I did not get her name but she provided one of the best retail cannabis experience I have had in a long time! Thank you for your time, honesty and experience
Very user/customer friendly location to navigate - love that they have displays with the product and a tag with a description & the price with it. Amazing 100% transparency like this is better than a screen as it makes an easy visual for customers to make a quick selection. Yoshi gave me some product info and was friendly & knowledgeable, made for a great experience! So glad I happened to noticed what seemed like some happy regulars pop in and out again, I was able to make a quick trip myself. ?
Worst experience ever. The guy working in the evening was very rude and demeaning. Also, i have given up on the hopes of receiving $16 refund that they owe me. Simply pathetic!!
