While my overall experience was positive, I do have some notes. I started by ordering online, the prices were reasonable and affordable and being able to order online and pickup in person is great since I live very close by as my order was ready almost immediately, however that may also be due to the fact I ordered very early in the business day. The business itself felt more like a pop-up shop then a permanent business, but I know it's not a pop-up, I've been living in this area since before they opened here a while back. Signage was very lacking in visibility and prominence. The shop itself isn't on the ground floor of the building but I felt like I was entering an area I wasn't supposed to be in while finding it. Once I was inside the building, the only thing telling me which room I wanted was a small folding sign sitting at the end of the hall that I nearly missed. It took a minute after I walked in for someone to come out and greet me. Don't know what was going on but it sounded like I might have caught the girl by surprise as I thought I heard scrambling coming from the back room before she came out. Upon explaining I was there to pick up an internet order, she proceeded to read off an order by the items I ordered rather than asking for my name, I had to provide it myself to confirm she was reading my order but that is also partially on me for not remembering the whole order. She never did ask me for my ID though, although admittedly I don't know exactly what the laws about ID requirements are, I'm assuming they're the same/similar to laws about ID for alcohol. TLDR: Product was good, prices are acceptable, service could use some improvement.
I would give it a zero star but there is no feature for it. Bought 4 of their most expensive eights just to be disappointed.Taste bad old and definitely got old .
I drove 10 mins to get here during open hours and they have a sign up saying they’re closed for 15 mins as soon as I get there. Not professional. Wasted my time
Rude staff in person and over the phone. Especially the girl. Called to ask a question and you can tell she was already fed up. At the end of the day nobody is forcing you to work there so either quit or do ur job and be nice about it.
The young man was polite but truly not educated to his job. I decided to patronize upon learning of close locations to my home, speaking to the young man and specifically asking for a product of CBN showing him what I currently use. He said he don't think they anything with CBN but he has THC products that would help in place of the CBN. I explained to him the reason for the CBN product, he assured me the THC works just as well, I did have a convo. After my purchase I returned to get it exchanged and he didn't want to. I tried the product I purchase and it didn't agree with me. I would say, to the management having people who are knowledgeable in marijuana at your Finch location. According to the young man, he worked weed shop before, I would say smoking weed doesn't make you knowledgeable in marijuana, it's functions and what part of the plant is used for what.
Rude immigrant man at the door wanna disrespect women and mock me when I told him clearly to let the other kind employee deal with me...Will be going to Kingston location from now on. Their menu is full.
I love this dispensary, very close and amazing employees if you live around finch and neilson and need weed I highly recommend you come here and get your medicine.
