I visit Honey Pot to find products that help ease my mom’s pain, and every time I go, the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to guide me. I went yesterday on December 3, 2025 at around 5 PM, and the person who helped me truly stood out. Even from the lineup, I could see how much people enjoyed interacting with him. When it was my turn, he was friendly, personable, and incredibly supportive. I really appreciated the experience. Honey Pot has an amazing team, and I honestly would not want to go anywhere else for the help I need. I am not very familiar with cannabis, but everything they have recommended has made a real difference for my mom. Thank you for supporting me and for helping my mom feel better. I am genuinely grateful.
They treat you like a thief if you pick up a mobile order. Never had this happen before in any cannabis stores. Also this place rips you off and you get better deals like at stores that are 1 min away on birchmount Sheppard.

Very kind, knowledgeable staff. Aleha was very patient and helpful as I had many beginner questions. She explained everything very clearly and got me what I needed. Very much recommend this dispensary. And the music is always good
My experience at this location is always great! Sarah's suggestions are always spot on to my taste. She's very knowledgeable about the wide range of products and she always puts a smile on my face. I highly recommend the mango sherbert pre rolls from baby jeeter, my favourite!
First Timer.. Minimal Displays, Their Products screen is an endlessly scrolling, unorganized list, not sure if they have a lot of different stuff or the weird dual split screen that show them throws off my brain.. Hope you can read fast. I thought I could. Staff seemed nice, but eager to sell common smoking items like papers and lighters. Overall the variety of Bud seemed pricey, and the bud I got (Melt - Sugar Crush Sativa) Cost $45.10 for 3.5g and wasnt near worth it. Packaged Jun 17th.. and its now Oct 25th.. other places I go to are usually around the 2-3mth mark.. Also first Dispensary that Ive been to where Asking for Tips come up on Debit/Credit Charges... Dont think I will go back, unless outta desperation and a stuffed wallet.. The displays is what threw me off.. felt forced to pick something cause it was confusing and scrolling fast or chat up the staff, which I was just trying to pop in and out and grab something quick. I think most people who go there talk to the staff and dont even bother with looking at the product screen. Feel like my money would be better spent elsewhere.
I purchased a 3pack preroll by LP Carmel and gosh was it ever terrible, burned black like the night. Threw them away. Sooo bad. Maybe other LP's green from here are better.
