The worst place u would ever visit They don’t have math knowledge idk how they became behind the counter this is bad for us as customers this guy can’t really do math for 26-40 dollars I would never visit this place again
I bought a gram of animal runtz and it came with less than .3g inside. I sent them an email because the storefront said they couldnt do anything about it and I got no reply. It also happened to a random guy that I was talking to outside of the store. Dont pick up from here.
I visited Growers Retail for the first time today, walking 15 minutes through the snow. I made a purchase for $4.55, but after tax, the total was $5.60. When I was $0.60 short and politely offered to pay $5, the woman at the counter looked at me with disgust and refused to help, saying, “So who’s going to pay the extra $0.60? I’m not covering it.” It’s not about the $0.60—it’s about the terrible customer service. The lack of understanding and complete disregard for the inconvenience caused me which was unacceptable. Just because of this one specific employee, Growers Retail lost business and made a horrid impression which will last. As a regular smoker, I was planning on making Growers Retail my go-to spot, but not after this. This poor service has cost them my future business, and I’ll be sure to tell every smoker I know to stay away from this place. Absolutely ridiculous. i will Make sure that you lose the business of 20 new customers

Good oz deals - edit may 8 ‘24 this is my main store. The product is decent, par with any govt approved store. It’s the staff. They’re a good bunch with a good vibe.
Just went to this location for the first time, and I have to say I absolutely love it. The workers are so welcoming and funny. Would definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for good products!!
