So my phone has been giving issues since Sunday November 30/2025 where my FaceTime and iMessage was not working I call Telus and was on the phone for a long time no help. However I came to Scarborough Town Centre and went to the Telus office and a gentleman by the name of Hanu R was so excellent in less than half hour he knew what the problem was and fixed my phone for me. Hanu R thank you so much you are an amazing and excellent customer service representative. Continue to be fantastic and very knowledgeable and efficient. Hanu R is the best

I purchased a Cyber Monday plan from Telus, which included a phone and smartwatch for $10/month. I requested to change the smartwatch size via customer support, as my friend with the same plan successfully did. However, despite initiating my order on Cyber Monday, the representative claimed the offer had expired and directed me to visit a store. Over three days, after waiting nearly two hours each time, I received inconsistent responses—ranging from "out of stock" to demands for extra payment. My request to escalate the issue was ignored, leaving me deeply frustrated. Finally, I visited the store on the last day of my return policy and explained my situation to Store Manager Hanu. He, along with off-duty staff member Zohaib, provided exceptional support and resolved my issue. While Telus' customer service was disappointing, I sincerely appreciate Hanu and Zohaib's professionalism. Their efforts restored my confidence in Telus and made this store highly recommendable for its excellent service.
Hanu is the most experienced and best rep in this store. His customer service level is unmatched and willing to help out customers. Best person to get your service from. Please see him for your needs
Everyone had a great experience with Wali. I felt like he pawned me off to technical support or the app without volunteering to solve my problem for me. Now I'm spending hours trying to solve my problem when I feel like a real life store employee should've been able to. Sucks.
