phone broke night before i had nightshift, i brought it in he repaired it in 15 minutes and everything was working again for $40, this place is great i highly recommend going here if your phone has problems.
Never Going Back. This is by far the worst cell phone store I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. There’s absolutely no respect for the people who walk through their doors. On top of the terrible service, they’re running a total scam. Prices are jacked up, and they’ll try to pressure you into buying things you don’t need. I was misled about the phone I purchased and later found out I was charged way more than what it was worth. When I went back to address the issue, they gave me attitude instead of any real help. It’s clear they only care about making money — not about honesty, fairness, or customer satisfaction. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are better stores out there that actually treat people with respect. This place is a rip-off.
Will never use them again 20 year customer, they sell crap maybe clone don’t know but battery dead within months, beware they say warranty but , then say it’s a software warranty. Go buy from a legitimate seller of original product, I would recommend. Be very cautious.
