The employee was very rude . I went there to resolve my problem with rogers payment and he was speaking very rudely his is syed (an old man) i asked him to set up a direct debit and he said very rudely that whatever problem you have just call rogers customer service . Second thing he did was he left the sit and talking on his phone . Its very bad thing that u are serving a customer and then u left in between and laughing on phone call and having a chit chat . For me It is very disrespectful behaviour I don't recommend this store if genuinely wish that your issue to be resolved ( just call customer service ) Thank you

I don’t recommend this place to anyone Very bad customer service ever I had in GTA Technician name Sabah, he is racist and booked appointment two times and both time he said some reason and he was ignoring to do service at Scarborough Town Centre, I found other phone service shop in basement of Scarborough town center and they fixed within 30 minutes and cheaper than Tbooth wireless
Went to buy a Bell service and clearly stated we wanted “Bell Canada”. Employee name was Jimmy decides to sell us Chatr 3G services on a pay as you go plan with a fake name when we clearly asked for a Bell Canada service. We needed a service that would be fast and works everywhere in Canada. The store denied a refund because it is prepaid. Contacted head office of Tbooth Glentel, the customer service rep Sam was biased to the story the store gave and would not issue a refund. The money is only $40 but it’s about the work ethic and principal of honouring customer needs. I will never ever go back to Tbooth, even though this was just a prepaid service this company now lost a potential customer that may have gotten a device or other services. We ended up getting Bell service at a Bell store when all Tbooth had to was give us the same service at there location. Extremely disappointed…
I just purchased an iPhone 12 from Syed at Tbooth at STC. I have to say that it has been awhile! Lol! Syed was very patient with me with all the questions I had and very informative. As a result, I only came to inquire about my next purchase and he assisted me very well because now I purchased a new iPhone 12 with 64GB. There was a weekend sale and man, am I a happier person now. I would definitely recommend the services he provided. Good Job Syed and Thank you!!
