the woman who works there is extremely rude and unhelpful, she gives you excuses to do not work we asked for iphone and she started making up stories! funny how such a person became a manager
this is insane. I went to the store twice these people they don’t wanna sell the forms. They only keep it for customers. They know special that lady the brown lady the short she’s really very bad even the talking is stres out person
I was at the Telus store yesterday Oct 6th at Eglinton Square and Garron helped me out with my phone issue. He was so patient and kind and spent so much time trying to figure out what the issue was. It was the software and unfortunately could not save it. In the end I got a new phone but I just wanted to say how patient Garron was and really tried to help! That was the best customer service I've received in a long time!
Please stop calling and then hanging up when I answer. Especially during meetings. I find this wasting of time extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. Enjoy your 1 star rating .
I had an amazing experience with Bhanu at Telus! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while helping me upgrade from my old Pixel 6 XL. Today I walked into Telus feeling anxious and overwhelmed, as I had lost access to my old phone number—a number that’s tied to so much of my life. It was a scary experience, especially since so many important things depend on that number. Thankfully, I was assisted by Leesa G, and she made the whole process so much easier. Leesa was incredibly persistent and determined to resolve my issue. She spent over two hours with me, working tirelessly and reassuring me every step of the way that she would get this sorted out. Her dedication was beyond impressive. Thanks to her hard work, I walked out of the store not only relieved but with my phone number fully restored. Leesa was not just helpful, but also incredibly resourceful and compassionate. I truly appreciated how she went above and beyond to ensure that I got the result I needed.
