Dr. Robin Weng is a great doctor and very professional. His availability is also very good as booking an appointment slot isn’t an issue His staff however are lazy and terrible. I have called multiple times over a span of two weeks and they never pick up the phone. I have also left a voicemail to which they haven’t gotten back to me yet. It shouldn’t be this hard to pick up the damn phone and schedule an appointment for a patient. What’s the point of having a great doctor when the receptionists are too busy doing god knows what to pick up the phone He seriously needs to find new staff because this is actually unbelievable
I have been going to Dr Weng for a year now. Nothing major thankfully by the grace of God I’m healthy. But Christmas Eve 2024 (after 5PM) I had this unbearable pain for the past day and at that time it was to much. I called (no appt), Dr.Weng he was finishing up for the day which is understandable. But his team was able to get me an appt with his coverage for the night. I was super grateful. The covering Doc was just as good! Looking back, this clinic has coverage with their after hours even on Holidays! Bless them! And regular checkups he (Dr. Weng) takes his time, understanding what’s going on, and properly diagnosing the issue.
I am so happy I found Dr. Weng for my family and me. He is very knowledgeable, has great bedside manners and is very meticulous in addressing patient’s concerns. I always feel I am taken seriously when I come to see him. He does not hesitate to refer his patients to specialists and/or for follow-up diagnostics and is prompt in getting back with results/appointments. Also, I do like his policy of having his patients commit to staying within his group practice, in exchange for same-day appointment for anything that requires immediate attention (even if it’s through after-hour care). In my opinion, that should be the provincial gold standard in primary medicine, as he and his close colleagues have access to our medical files and can make sure information does not get lost, not to mention avoiding clogging overwhelmed ER Centers for non-emergency issues. Finally, Vino and her colleague (sorry, don’t recall your name) at the reception are so nice, compassionate and helpful. Couldn’t feel better cared for. Thank you, Dr. Weng & staff!!!!
I like the staff and Dr.Weng. He's been my parents' family doctor for the past couple of years. Listen, if you treat them with respect then they will do the same. Just be clear and concise and they'll take care of you.

When we have questions he is prompt to answer it and never leaves us in the dark or he is very forward in letting us know when and if more information can be provided or is needed. The office staff are also friendly and efficient, ensuring appointments are scheduled promptly and any administrative matters are handled smoothly. The office atmosphere is welcoming, and although there is are wait times due to how busy it is (which is understandable) the care he provides is still really personal and very thorough. I highly recommend Dr.Weng to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated family physician. Their professionalism and genuine care for patients truly make a difference in the healthcare experience.
