I would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Wang can only address one issue per appointment. Reviewing blood results and another test took less than 10 minutes, yet I was told I had to book two separate appointments and come at different times for these services. This clinic does not respect patients’ time and seems more concerned with billing the health card than providing efficient care. I would strongly recommend staying away from this clinic!
Rude over the phone. Asked if they were still taking people for walk-in as i wanted to bring my son. Reception said they are not a walk-in clinic, even though it is advertised online and outside of the clinic as they have walk-in times available.
The receptionist refused to take my father as patient. It's ridiculous that she said my father was not satisfied with the doctor's service last December. We paid the fees to see Dr Liu last December; If we were not happy with Dr Liu, we wouldn't come to her clinic again in Apr 2025. If Dr Liu doesn't want to take my father as a patient, she should give us a proper reason instead of blaming my father for nonsense! It's obvious that Dr Liu has memory problem; moreover, she needs to take professional ethic course to re-learn what it means to be a doctor! At the end, Dr Liu apologized and accompanied my father to leave the clinic. That's the only thing she and her clinic did right on that day. Last but not least, Dr Liu needs to fully understand that the reason she could have a clinic is because of the patients/tax payers. Her job is to serve patients not to bring problems to people!
I want to give zero if I could. Doctor Yi Liu is a doctor who could only keep saying" I don't know, I don't think there is anything I can do." A doctor who is eager to get rid of you from the moment you walk in the door. I went three times and did not solve any problem. Rude and so unprofessional.
1 star is too much. Totally bad choice is here,100%. You could try, and you will get the answer. I am not telling and trying anybody not to come here. I just want to tell the truth. Dr. Liu is not a Professional Doctor. Not a reliable Dr. 一颗星的评价都算高的，一颗都不想给。我不是来劝谁不来这里看医生的。我反倒建议您能来见识见识。这是我有生以来见到过的最不负责和医学常识一塌糊涂的医生。没有之一。基本的医学常识都不知道。这是事实，LIU不是个专业的医生。也极不可靠。 另外如果你之前一直在这里就医，并且觉得还不错。其实应该是件好事，至少你没有大毛病。但如果你稍微有一些严重些，紧急一丢丢的情况。不要将自己的健康交给一个只会说我不知道的人。
Went to this place for severe abdomen pain, where I could not sleep for days. Doctor was unpresent and they brought me to a nurse. Didn't give me any medication and said its not a big deal. Did not sign my doctor's note either even though I had a fever. Went to a different clinic right after and they deemed my condition' 'serious' and prescribed me medicine and signed my doctors note. Never come here if you want proper treatment.
My mom has the worst possible experience with doctor Yi Liu at this clinic. This doctor made her wait for 2 hours for an appointment she booked well in advance. When the doctor finally came, my mom made a comment about the wait time and the doctor yelled at her, telling her that wait times at this clinic is always this long and if she doesn't like it she can leave. Doctor Yi Liu cussed at her and told her she was making a bad first impression and should just find a different doctor. She blamed her for missing lunch during the clinic hours. My mom waited for so long already so she went in for a check up anyway despite being harassed, and she asked to just get her annual check up done. The doctor proceeded to ask her "what did you want me to look at? Write it down" my mom was shocked, as a doctor should be telling her what to look at for her annual physical, not the other way around. She was dumbfounded as the doctor told her if she had nothing to check up she needs to leave. She ended up leaving in shock without proper treatment. This doctor was highly unprofessional, rude, and did not have a clue how to treat a patient. I will be filing a complaint against her with the cpso. All patients beware.
