What is the point of having a family doctor when you cannot make a reservation until two weeks later. My hand is numbed and just told me the doctor will go on vacation there is no alternative that can offered. And send me to hospital or walk in….
Dr. Yash is a wonderful person. We are very happy to have him as our family physician. He is very professional who treats patient with empathy. Best wishes for him
Have never seen the worst front desk ever. Dr. Diwan is really nice but they are not understanding that front desk represents his services as well and the clinic. Management is really stupid that after 1000 of complaints they are not changing the staff.
I wish I could give no star if I could. I met my family doctor on 2024, and I only went there few times in 2024. To be honest, Dr. Diwan, he is nice and professional,he is very patient and help with all my concerns. This year, I found I am pregnant, and I would like to go there to confirm, they closed for construction without any notice to their patients. At that momnet, I understood the situatuion as they might need construction or decoration of their building. So after they open, I came back to see my family doctor. On the same day. I made an appointment with front desk for my next visit, when all setted, I left. Few says before my next visit, I called them and check, front desk was so rude and told me there is no appointment for me. This time, I feel this is lack of responsibilities. Finally, I booked appointment with them. Today, the front desk called me again and told me due to the bad weather, they have to cancel my appointment. I was so upset since I am waiting to see my doctor for a whole week. I just need someone to explain my NT Report for me. They want to extend my appointment and they mentioned doctor will on his vacation leave. They never apologize anything or saying anything. The front desk asked me if I would like to change my family doctor, and told me if I would like to do so, just go ahead. Excuse my language, in my own opinion, this should never happen since this is clinic and everyone should be patient and very nice. Front desk made me feel I am begging them to see my doctor. Also, recommend to the clinic, doctors there are very nice but the front desk team are super rude. It is better to change the team as front desk reprents the whole team. I believe I am not the first one have this bad experience! I hope in the future, no more people will be treated like this!
I’m only giving one star for messing up my appointment. I asked to front desk to switch my appointment which they verbally answered they can when mentioned over the phone only for me to arrive saying I arrived on the wrong day. They only changed my time…absolute BS. Also, to say “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Those were some escalating wrong choice of words. I’m not asking you to do anything but an apology would have been nice. I walked out with a “Okay, bye” before I say anything rude to her face. HOWEVER, that being said, Dr. Diwan is amazing since Day 1 ❤️. As a person with a Nursing Career of 10 years, he is quick with his assessment and straight to the point
At 9:30 this morning, I went to the clinic for a physical examination. As soon as I entered the door, the beautiful woman at the front desk helped me register the information very enthusiastically, and then went to see the doctor. Dr. Diwan was very skilled and friendly. I said that my English was not very good, but he made me feel very good. It was very careful. It only took me half an hour to finish my work here. Thank you to all the staff here.
