West hill florist went above and beyond for my wedding! My bouquet was stunning, I couldn’t believe they got my vision perfect! Absolutely recommend! Reasonably priced as well. A gem!
I purchased three arrangements here for a funeral service and the flowers were absolutely outstanding. They were a beautiful part of a very sad day and the colours were absolutely vibrant, the flowers refresh, and the arrangements were so professionally done. I took two of the arrangements home and they lasted in my windowsill for about four weeks! I was blown away by how long they lasted, and how pretty they continued to look even once they began to dry out. I would recommend this flower shop to absolutely anybody!

I cannot express my gratitude for Kim and the amazing work she does. We had a sudden death that left us stressed about finding genuine flowers. I came across Kim's shop and she was SO personable, caring, accommodating etc, I could go on forever. Her GOEGEOUS arrangements and cross she created for us were beyond beautiful and we are so thankful she helped us in this difficult time and even created some custom boquets for us. Please if you even need flowers for any occasion, go to Kim! Her prices are fair and she works within your budget. Thanks again Kim!
was in the plaza killing some time and saw this place. It looked super dead, thought it was closed but I went in to check it out anyways. Low quality flowers, rude, unprofessional and not as knowledgeable as other florist I frequent order from.
NOT AS PICTURED. Ordered a bouquet for a friend suffering a severe loss. Did not receive a confirmation of the delivery and called to confirm and was met with a representative with a very snarky attitude. On top of this, the flowers look wilted, old and discoloured (for $100). Not impressed and will not order again. NOT AS PICTURED.
One of the most absolute unprofessional, disrespectful, worst flower shops in Toronto! Please do not order your wedding bouquet from this place! My sister requested beautiful white peonies, assorted white florals, and eucalyptus for her wedding bouquet. We received the bouquet the morning of the wedding and the florist chose cream coloured roses that were wilting and turning brown before the ceremony even started. We got a call 2 days before the wedding date claiming the bouquet was ready. We also went in the day before to order some flowers on the side for another use and was never once told that they were unable to add the peonies or there was a change in the bouquet florals. We called after the wedding to clarify and the florist was extremely rude saying that we should have called on my sisters wedding day!!! As If anyone has time on the wedding day to call and complain!!! They charged $250 for almost a dozen rose bouquet claiming to be a wedding bouquet. Please stay away if you want ur wedding day to not be sabatoged!! All the guests were complaining about the bridal bouquet and shocked at the outcome …. Extremely dissapointed
