previously purchased a beautiful mother’s day bouquet so i’ve come back here twice with terrible experiences. First time, they were closed even though it was listed as open online and today, the bouquet being made in front of me looked like a florist was not making it and she was going to charge me $30 for something that looked like I could make it at home.
She told me that I had to buy from her and accused me of wasting her time. Then she made racist remarks like “you Indians are all the same” and used offensive language toward me. I was furious. I should’ve reported her on the spot. I can’t believe someone would treat a customer like that—she had absolutely no sense of how to speak to people.
I had come in here previously and had a good experience however I came around 11:30am, as the store opens at 11, and the place was closed so I called the number on the website and the lady had repeatedly yelled "yes" when I asked if they were open today, even as I had said "even right now?", standing outside the door. Rude behaviour from whom I am assuming to be the owner. The other low reviews seem to agree. I liked the place before but probably won't ever come again. Great job, you've lost a customer.
I was looking for two similar but different flower arrangements for a visitation/funeral and Sally put together two beautiful arrangements . The flowers on the arrangements were fresh and the prices were very reasonable.

I needed a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. I wanted to propose to her and many shops were turning me down because they were closing soon or I didn't have an order (last minute shopping is hard during lockdown indeed.) Sally was not only very willing to make me a last minute bouquet but also did an amazing job. She took such care preparing the flowers and wrapped them in a beautiful manner. My proposal was a very special moment and I am so thankful to have shopped here for my flowers!
