I was happy that they were able to make this 2 days before I needed it, but I found the white roses were not as fresh in the corsage or boutonniere. I asked for a large single white rose for the boutonniere and I still ended up getting two small roses. Most of the flowers were creased with brown parts all over. They were beautifully designed, but I just wish thr flowers were fresher.
A few years ago for Mothers Day my sister placed an order in advance, paid, to be picked up. When I arrived for the scheduled pickup, I was advised it wasn’t ready yet. While I waited 30 minutes, walk ins who came after me were able to get their orders. At the same time, clients who had scheduled pickups after me got their orders before me too. I didn’t raise my voice or make a complaint to the staff because it’s a chaotic day and I’m sure some of the staff are moms too. I’ve been in client facing roles my entire career, so I know how it goes. I let it go. Fast forward to today, Valentines Day 2025. My sister (Viola) placed an order a few weeks in advance, paid. And the exact same thing happened again. I was thoroughly disappointed, especially being told that “my order was next”. It was “next” for 25 minutes while I saw multiple walk ins and scheduled orders after mine be completed. After it was all said and done, I was one of the last customers left in the store still waiting while the door was locked. I want to emphasize that the staff are kind, and product is great. There was no malice and both times I was met with sincerest apologies. However, it’s disappointing that my patience and empathy was taken for granted. Perhaps I needed to be a jerk. Thank you for the past few years but we do not plan on coming back. Happy Valentines Day!

I got my wedding flowers from Lavender Rose Flowers and was sooo happy with them. Mary had excellent communication and would always call me back if she was unavailable when I called. Mary set up my wedding flowers for me and even picked up the archway the next morning from the venue when I was unable to fit it into my vehicle. She was very receptive to my vision and gave professional recommendations on what would look nice together. My bouquet was exceptional and much bigger than I could have imagined. Their prices were much less than any other flower shops I received a quote from even Callia online flowers. I would highly recommend them for your wedding day.
