If I could give this business zero stars, I would. There is no sense of customer service before going to the shop. I called to ask about pricing the lady gave me a quote and asked me to come in the next day to order it. I came in to place the order. The person working did not have any clue about their inventory. He said he couldn’t take an order until the owner came back. I asked him to write down the things that I needed because I was going to be a rush order. Once I left the store, the owner called and said he will be there in one minute. I had to then turn back around and go to the shop only for him to tell me a completely different inflated price nowhere near to what I was originally quoted they wasted my time, my effort And are completely scamming people stay away from the shop
I've hired Theepan from Jasmin Florist for 2 of my daughters Saree Ceremony. Both times my guests have left asking "who did your decor?". I cant tell you how breathtaking it looked. The fresh flowers are a must! Brought such a pleasant and amazing positive vibe to the event. If you need decor for your next family function, he is your guy! Only giving 4/5 as they made a minor mistake in our order. My husband and I had used this vendor for our Hindu wedding florals. In total I got 2 hair pieces from them (both with orchids--not pictured as I couldn't find a good pictures with them), my bouquet, and 4 garlands total. Everything was nearly perfect, except that Jasmine Florist had unfortunately forgotten to add some blue flowers to my bouquet as a contrast--something which I had both paid for and we had agreed upon in Whatsapp. Instead, they gave me my second pick bouquet. Apart from that mistake, the quality of their bouquets, hair pieces, and garlands were phenomenal. All our florals lasted for approximately 3-4 days when kept in hostile conditions (not refrigerated). They were extremely fresh--so fresh that a bee actually nestled itself into my garland when we were doing outdoor pictures and I accidentally got stung! The florals had no browning whatsoever. I can't comment on how long it took to pick up the flowers as our planner picked up the flowers--partially how the mistake with the bouquet happened in the first place. Our planner was doing us a favor with all the wedding chaos and that was a minor blip that happened. This vendor is definitely a good pick for anyone who wants quality and price to meet--just make sure you do your own due diligence to ensure that everything was as ordered.
