I had a terrible experience with your customer service. We bought 2 kg pine nuts from them. The woman at bill counter was very rude with bad attitude and she was feeling proud after insulting the customer. I won’t be coming back or recommending this business to anyone.. Instead of trying to understand my concern, she cut me off several times and made sarcastic comments.
Superfood Mart has unfortunately turned into Super-rotten Mart. Every time I’ve visited lately, I’ve walked away disappointed. The store used to have decent products, but the quality has gone downhill. Most recently, I bought a pack of raisins for our guests — and to my absolute disgust, I found worms crawling inside the package. It’s unacceptable for a store that claims to sell “fresh” and “high-quality” food. This clearly shows poor storage conditions and a lack of proper quality checks.
I try to buy a rice bag. BB April 2025. I asked from manager, she said rice not expired. Government requirement that’s why they did it like that . They selling expired food, specially rice.
I really enjoy shopping at Superfood Mart. They always have fresh bakery items, quality meats, and all the household essentials I need. The added bonus of a Forex counter makes it even more convenient. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful every time I visit. It’s become my go-to spot for groceries and more!
Great prices and best quality products. The meat is super good,and the dry fruit can not be beaten with the quality and freshness. Won't be fair if I will not mention juices section they have, the guy is super loving and the Shore Nakhod tastes is woooow.
Hi guys, I’ve bought tomatoes from this store a few times in the past, and they always have great prices—better than what we usually get in the Durham region. The owner is super nice and really values customer feedback, which is so appreciated. So stop by and get the deals at good prices—you won’t be disappointed!
