I have been going to the same mechanic for years… unfortunately a few months ago he moved to a farther location… My Jeep needed both front axles replaced and I called several different mechanics for quotes and my uncle recommended GHAFOUR at CAC. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I really had been to other places also for my car work they tried to make me believe there are so many other works to done but this mechanic only updated that one repair is there nothing else. The price is very reasonable too and really got my respect how he treated his customer without making any extra charges or faking repairs. The best part for the mechanic is he will take you to your car and show the repair which has to be done so that the customer is also aware and what he is trying to do exactly
Ghafour seems like an OK guy but be very careful with him where you trust him to understand what you want done and then to actually do it. If possible, wait there and supervise him. I feel I was taken advantage of (overcharged for work that had been agreed to but never performed). I explained very clearly to him what I wanted done and he agreed. I'm familiar with the time involved and I was shocked when he phoned 1.5 hours later and said everything was completed. For 1 1/2 hours labour, he charged us $450. We supplied all the parts and fluids. I knew I had been victimized but I paid him because I didn't want a confrontation. The first time he did work for us, he was fair and did a good job. But when we came back to him, he took our return visit as a license to overcharge us. That's not honest and I will not be going back to him. It's too bad as I liked him and thought we had found a decent mechanic in a sea of greedy dishonest auto repair guys
