Instruction is clear and detailed, Staff is friendly and clinic is clean and comfy One thing is that they don’t do direct billing, a friend of mine’s clinic they do direct billing with insurance company. Would give 5 star if this is included
Place is clean. Can reach Kristina over the weekend. The choices are pretty limited, the contract is difficult to read as it has been photocopied many times making the print illegible for older eyes. I also wasnt shown the features of the machine. Just told how to turn off, assemble & when I needed to returm for new parts. If you need lto understand your machine this is nit the plsce to go. If you are ok with just knowing how to clean, assemble & turn machine on/off tbis is an ok place.
I was very hesitant to try out their CPAP machine after I was prescribed it but the clinic was very helpful and guided me through all the advantages of it. The machine works really well and I’m glad I decided to try it out. The workers are very helpful and the CPAP clinician Kristina was very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. The price was also affordable and was up to the service I received. Clinic was also neat and clean. Highly reccomended.
**This is clearly a scam.** They're selling products at extremely inflated prices—items you can easily find for half the cost elsewhere. The seller, Kristina, is particularly suspicious. She insists on visiting to "check your equipment" and transfer sleep data, only to pressure you into buying unnecessary replacements. For example, I was charged **$350 CAD** for a mask that retails for just **$225 CAD** elsewhere. This is outrageous price gouging. There must be a way to file a formal complaint and launch an investigation into this company's practices. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive an invoice until **three weeks later**, which only adds to the shady nature of their operations.
I should have read the reviews before going to this clinic. Everything people said about this clinic rips people off was correct, and I had the same experience. They did not even process the benefit for me but still charged $180 for the admin fee where other clinics would take care of the whole benefit claim on behalf of the patients. They charged me a bunch for the hose and filter explaining that everything would be covered under the benefit, which was not true. I paid $1100 out of my pocket from this clinic and only got little less than $500 from my benefit where as my brother, who has same benefit as me, went to the other clinic, only paid $180 out of his pocket and the clinic dealt everything with his benefit claim. I am not putting my foot into this clinic ever again. They told me I would have to visit them a year later for data download whatever but I would rather find another clinic that can help me with that.
I am very happy with there services. Kristina was very helpfully during the every visit. Front desk receptionist was also very helpful with her services.
I am a patient of Dr.Jindal and the receptionist Angie has a odd personal vendetta with me , I had an appointment on February 6th I showed up to and was told when I got there that they have cancelled the appointment without my knowledge , obviously I was displeased and I was dismissed by Angie to where she tried to make me feel like an idiot when I was there when I was told to be in the correct time and date , for the following weeks I called to make a new appointment , when I called I was put on hold for ten minutes , I had a suspicion I was being put on hold on purpose and called from my wife phone which the call was answered instantly , I asked for a new appointment with my allergist and I was told there is no appointments and to get a new allergist by the receptionist Angie , I was SHOCKED at how rude and unprofessional she was absolutely insane , I hope Dr. Jindal who was an amazing allergist and extremely nice is aware of how her reception is treating her patients
