Dr tasveer’s office never pick up the phone!! Even the doctor changed shes always rushing to finish the meeting and get the next patient i don’t recommended!!!
I had an amazing family doctor years ago and was so sad to hear that she was leaving. I didn’t think it’d be possible to get someone as good but I was wrong! Dr. Bala cared for me for about 3 years and she has been such a blessing. She was so caring and patient with me. I never felt rushed by her but I end up rushing myself because that’s how the other doctors have been with me. The front desk are helpful at times… depending who I get. Thankful they return phone calls for the most part!

attended an appointment with Dr. Syeda for my 12-month-old baby’s vaccination. I was left waiting in the examination room for 35 minutes while Dr. Syeda was reportedly attending other patients. However, I could clearly hear and see her using her phone in another room and not attending to any patients. When I politely raised my concern about the long waiting time, she responded very rudely by saying, “if you don’t like it, then don’t come.” I found this comment highly unprofessional, especially as a mother managing a small child in a confined room while waiting.
Complete Waste of time! Always running behind and late. I don’t get why there’s an appointment system in the first place. Always having to wait 1hr plus
I’m so grateful to have Dr Syeda Uzma as my family doctor. She is truly amazing she loves her job and genuinely cares about her patients. She has been taking care of me since 2019, and now, during my high-risk pregnancy without an OB, she is closely monitoring me. She’s also the family doctor for my whole family, and we couldn’t ask for anyone better! I also want to thank the receptionist for being so responsive and quick with requests and appointments. I really appreciate everything you do. Thank youuu!
Every call to the receptionist goes unanswered, consistently diverting to voicemail. This lack of response has left me feeling ignored and disheartened, hindering my ability to access the care I need.
