Trying this as it seems to have worked for others in previous reviews. I received medical care and testing in 2020/2021 from this clinic, and was in contact with them via email to get a copy of my records. They initially responded but have failed to respond to my multiple other attempts to contact them.
Update, after posting my review, the clinic responded to my initial email and transferred my medical records to my new clinic. I have adjusted my previous review (1 star) accordingly. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Emailed asking for previous health records. Turns out the establishment is closed and there is no way to contact (tried WeChat, Phone, Email). Would have been nice to have gotten contacted before they closed so we could properly transfer our medical records.
Worst place I have ever been to. I have gone twice. First time they closed an hour early even though thier open sign was on and then saw the nurse turn it off and go to dollarama. Today I went again and even though on the website it states it is a walk in clinic the (kinda rude) receptionist told me that they a specialist office and only SOMETIMES have a walk in clinic doctor that comes in a MONTH. The website never stated that the doctor only comes in sometimes and you cant even see the schedule of the walk in clinic doctor. Dont come here unless you want to be rejected and not get the care you need.
I called to ask if I can walk in and take a vaccine, the staff lady was extremely rude and told me no, I asked why, she said the doctor is on vacation, I then asked so when I can come, she said go somewhere else ok!? I said wow this is rude, then she hung up on me. I don’t know if there has been some catastrophe happened to her, hope she is okay. But if nothing bad ever happened, she is extremely rude, unprofessional, and terrible.
I came to this clinic twice so far. First time, I was told that the doctor was not available and second time, they don’t take any patients. The thing I was not happy with the most was the attitude of the receptionist - unfriendly and rather quite rude. The first word she ever said was “yes?” when I approached at the desk, without even saying hello. Not coming back again.
Very understanding and friendly staff, honestly very grateful for helping me with an urgent pcr test. Gonna book for another appointment again if needed any travel PCR test!
Really appreciate their service and working attitude. Had my covid test and blood test here, fast and on time, no wait time and the results came out quickly. Thanks very much.
