BEWARE A little over a year ago I went to see Dr Tarun Manscukani about my concern over my teenage son having not grown in over a year. He dismissed it as being nothing. 6 months later I returned to see him over an incident with my son, so he could examine him. During the visit I brought up the fact that my son had still not grown at all and I was concerned, he once again dismissed it.. last week my son suffered an injury due to a sporting event and I decided to go see a different Doctor, different clinic. While there I expressed my concern to the Doctor that my son had only grown 1/2 an inch In 15 months. He immediately ordered a bone age scan.. the results came back yesterday, to reveal his bone age was 16 months accelerated from his chronological age. Now he has to see an endocronologist and it might be too late, cause his bones have already begun fusing.. Doctor Tarun Manchukani lack of concern and lackadaisical attitude has caused great distress and perhaps a too little to late scenario where intervention maybe too late. Shame on you for not being more cautious and professional...
Both the 2 front desk ladies AND the female doctor were very kind! 5 stars for all of them! One of the ladies even went patiently to hold the outer doors open for an elderly gentleman, shows she really does care about people
Dr. Mansukhani is my doctor and I first started seeing him at the Bur Oak office in Markham when he practiced there. He is very thorough and always made time for me. Even after he moved to the Warden location, he always made time for me. The office staff at the Warden location has been good, professional and has always returned calls or followed up on booking appts when I left a message.
This place deserves less then two stars. My elderly father in law went in after making an appointment and they pushed him out within the first 3 minutes after telling him they can’t look at more then one thing at a time. What a joke this place is and the people are horrible.
Doctor Tarun told me 1st i don’t have to go for the report, he will call me and tell me the report. Didn’t call then i had to go and visit. I wasn’t able to walk but he refused to give me any doctor note, he was like get the medicine u can walk. I work in a restaurant Kitchen so i had to go upstairs/ take heavy weights. I cant walk how can i do the job!!! Ridiculous
This clinic hardly answers the call and it is very difficult to get hold of the doctor as well. You should not expect call backs and receptionist is not even aware when the doctor would be coming. I called the clinic 30 times today it kept going to voice msg everytime and there is no room to leave the message either. What is the person supposed to do? This clinic does not deserve any star it should be rated negatively!!!!! Awful service!!!
I am sorry but I had to post this. Dr. Douketis is a great doctor and we have been with her for 24 years. But the Warden Health centre management really suck ( whoever owns it). You call up and leave messages for an appointment and no one bothers to respond. Not sure how I can access my family doctor. Of the people on the front desk Fauzia is the most helpful but not sure what the operations are that they ask to leave messages and no one bothers to respond. I guess the Warden Health centre management is trying to cut costs by grossly understaffing at the cost of their patients!
