I had an amazing experience with Dien, for my pedicure and shellac cat-eye manicure. He was gentle, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was perfectly clean and precise. The cat-eye effect turned out absolutely stunning and the pedicure was so relaxing.
I had a shellac manicure and pedicure with Dien, and he was wonderful! Super accommodating, friendly, and made the whole experience relaxing. My nails look perfect, and the attention to detail was amazing. I’m very satisfied and will definitely be coming back!
Went in for a Shellac mani colour change and Pedi. The nail tech looked like a beginner, but I wanted to be nice and patient. She hurt me multiple times whilst trimming my cuticles on my toes. I kept quiet because she did a good job despite the pain. As for the Shellac mani…. I have never received a worse set. The tech couldn’t understand what kind of colour I was asking for. She kept filing my nails when i specifically told her not to file or shape my nails. It took me so long to grow my natural nails and she destroyed them. I had to go over my nails myself when I got home with polish because they looked so hideous. As someone who is pregnant, already stressed and rarely treats herself, I was left so disappointed i wanted to cry. I paid nearly 65 dollars with a tip, for a horrible nail job. Not coming back.
I came to this nail salon asking if they were hiring or not and they said no and they also said that even if they were hiring people to work at their nail salon, they said that they only hire Vietnamese people to work at their nail salon and I found that very racist and rude of them to say that to me!
I got my acrylic set from a different salon that lasted me 3 weeks without fading or breaking. I came here to get a refill as it’s 5 mins away from where I live, the quality of the work is horrible. It hasn’t even been a week and my nails are already destroyed. The colour is fading, the nails are chipping and coming off, the quality it supplies they use is not the best, and unhygienic. The fill was done unevenly and there’s uneven sides on my nails. It was a rushed job, I wouldn’t Recommend coming here. The old owners of rosas were amazing, they always made sure nails were perfect, can’t say the same about the new owners. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Won’t be coming here again.
Not the best, nor clean. The prices are too high for a run down location and services does not meet standards. You need to bring down your prices $5-$10 or upgrade your place and have better workers. People will not mind paying more if the place is elegant and has polite customer service.
Jennifer is amazing. Jennifer gives great leg massages and foot massages. She is so gentle on my feet and takes care of my ingrown toe nails and my feet feel so good when she he is done. Jennifer never rushes and takes her time and she is so pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend Rosa Nails for everything. Dean the owner is so nice and pleasant to talk to as well and is also excellent for pedicure and manicure.
