If I could give this salon zero stars I would. I rarely post reviews but I felt obliged to post this. I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this salon—not just once, but twice. First Visit: During my first visit, I came in for a pedicure. To my shock, there was fluid leaking from the ceiling directly onto my legs and feet while I was in the chair. This alone should have been enough for me to never return, but I decided to give the salon another chance. Second Visit: Today, I went in for the simplest service possible, a removal. Before being seen, I waited for a technician who was finishing a pedicure on an older gentleman with visible toenail fungus and thickened nails. What disturbed me was that she then brought over the same drill and tool kit she had with her for his pedicure, without properly sanitizing them. When I asked if the tools had been cleaned, she insisted that they had. I pressed again, and she repeated “yes,” but I could tell she was annoyed with my questions. I still noticed that the drill bit looked visibly dirty, and only after I requested a clean one did she spray it with alcohol in front of me—something that does not qualify as proper sanitation for nail tools. Service Issues: I had also requested she be gentle during the removal since I have brittle nails and wanted to preserve their health. She clipped my nails and began drilling the sides of my nails on my right hand to expose them. She grabbed fake nail tips and wanted to pry off the thick layer of UV powder. I explained that I did not want my nails forcibly removed like that if I wanted to damage my nails, I could have done it myself at home for free rather than paying for a professional service. When I suggested that she could drill down most of the product and then soak off the rest (which is standard in many salons), she told me: “We don’t do that here. This removal would take two hours.” At that point, I got up and left, as I no longer trusted the service or cleanliness standards. I left the salon with my nails half-removed, exactly as shown in the photo, and had to go to another salon (R&K Nail Salon), where they completed the removal quickly and with no issues. Between the sanitation concerns, lack of professionalism, and unsafe removal methods, I will never be returning to this salon. This was not just poor service—it was unsanitary and potentially unsafe.
A friend recommended me this place and it's been a great 2.5 yrs. Kevin and his staff are hardworking, patient, kind and lovely. I get my nails and waxing done here. Thank you KV Nails?.
Application was bumpy and uneven, and the thickness of my nails was practically obscene (despite me asking for otherwise). I have been unable to do buttons or necklace clasps since getting my nails done here. My mother got a pedicure that hurt her feet and gave her an ingrown toenail. She also asked for a simple French manicure and they botched it repeatedly- then demanded extra money because they’d had to redo their own mistakes. I left this place thinking “I can’t wait to rip these off my hands” it was so terrible.
I visited this salon after hearing great things from a friend, and I was extremely impressed with my experience. Kevin did my nails and was not only efficient but also very patient and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, and I am very pleased with the results. Chloe took care of my pedicure, and she was equally wonderful—thorough, attentive, and professional. The overall service was outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. I am highly satisfied with my visit and look forward to making this my new go-to nail salon.
Got my nails done by Niku and I’m absolutely in love with them! ? She’s so detail-oriented and determined to make sure every nail looks perfect. Her service is not only professional but also super friendly, which made the whole experience so relaxing. I’ll definitely be going back again! Highly recommend her!
Went yesterday to get my nails done, bio gel with ombre. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job, I will be back! She was very detailed focused and friendly.
Absolutely unprofessional. They keep talking with each other in their language and often caught talking to other customers about other clients. I missed one appointment and they decided they are not going to keep me as their long term dedicated client.
