I haven’t gotten my nails done in a while but when I did I came here every two weeks to see Kim. I highly recommend it as it’s relaxing, great colour selection, clean, prices fair and enjoyed my conversations with Kim. Highly recommend.
After not getting my nails done in a while I wanted to go somewhere relaxing and get my nails done professionally. And I thought of this place because I had been a customer for the past few years and had only good experiences, well that was until recently. While they were doing my nails the woman was excessively rough with the filling, it hurt and she had cut my pinky finger (it still hurts even days after) and even after I told her, although she apologized she kept filling roughly to the point where I had to tell her more than once to be more gentle. What adds to my frustrations is that I had told them how long I wanted my nails which was closer to the shorter side and they would only clip it slightly and when I tried to explain all of a sudden three of them came just to ask how short I wanted and when I showed them it felt like they disregarded me without trying to take the time to understand me. After asking them three times for it shorter and showing them how short I wanted they still barely cut it. And I was tired of explaining so I just let it be. As much as I tried to work with the length they gave me I was very unhappy so I went back to ask them to shorten it. Afterwards, they would still file very roughly including the spot that they cut, and they were all speaking in a very rude tone in their own language which I find very disrespectful and when they did it over they rushed the design and didn’t do it nicely. At the end the lady asked me my profession and when I told her I was a nurse she rudely said you can wear it longer, even if that was the case what happened to respecting the preferences of your customer? This used to be my go to salon when getting my nails done, but I don’t know what changed. This was far from relaxing and a very stressful and unprofessional experience, I mean I shouldn’t be having my fingers sore and hurting days after. I feel very let down and disappointed by their service. Won’t be going back anymore.
I absolutely love this place ! Will not go anywhere else since I started going here. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. They always make my nail dreams come true ! Victoria is top notch always goes above and beyond and she’s super gentle ! 10/10 reccomend
Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I forgot to ask the lady that did my pedicure her name. Otherwise, the entire staff is lovely. Very welcoming. Very inviting. Thank you, I will be back…continuously.
The service was good but when I went to pay cash, she withheld all of the cash I’d given without giving me the opportunity to tip myself. I handed her cash that was my first mistake. That’s bad business. I usually tip well anyway but now I’ll never go back here. As for the actual service, it was okay.
Came here once with my mother in law & today was my second time coming here. Kim was such a pleasure. She is professional and very friendly. Will be back!
Amazing nail salon and great service! I came here to get acrylics done for the first time and Stephanie made my nails look so good. The ladies who work in the salon are very sweet, I highly recommend this place!
