I love D&K spa nails the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable I always feel welcome I’ve had multiple services here. I’ve been coming to do my nails for over 10 yrs. They are always up to date on the latest nail trends and products. If I request a new nail design they always make sure I like it before completing my nails. The store is very clean, this is the only place I trust to do my pedicures. The pricing is amazing. I definitely recommend you go here.
Got a shellac manicure and it didn’t even last the next day it already chipped and started to peel. Within 5 days of getting the shellac manicure most nails already chipped. Very disappointing and wouldn’t suggest getting it. Clearly some nail techs there aren’t doing a good in prepping the nail.
Today I got a Manicure... This place do not use sterile tools. They used dirty tools to do my manicure. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR GROOMING (MANICURE AND PEDICURE)
I would never recommend coming to this place. I came earlier for a pedicure. Standard simple pedicure, with a shellac change. The employee helping me, cut my toe. He wasn’t careful. It started to BLEED. He tried to minimize the amount of bleeding by pressing the toe with his rubber glove??? He did not attempt to apologize or try to clean it. This is when I decided to stop the service I did not want to get an infection, he didn’t know what he was doing. The other employee next to him was trying to convince me that it’s normal for a little bleeding. I told him, this happened because he wasn’t careful and I’m done with the service. Please keep in mind that I am one of those girls which schedule monthly manicures and pedicures because I love it. You know this isn’t a normal thing. When I approached to pay him, which I did not need to because you caused me harm and did not know what you were doing but I can respect the value of work and fair pay. I asked how much is the service of what was already done. They tried to charge me the full amount???? One of the employees, Danny demanded me to show him where it was bleeding, I did. This man tried to ridicule me by saying ohhhhhhhhh it’s okay it’s normal for blood ohhhhh you know there’s bad drivers on the road you have to careful. It’s like driving? Ohhhhhh ohhhhh. Spewing nonsense to me in a room full of customers. He was trying to ridicule and dismiss the situation. You shouldn’t argue with grown fools, so I paid half to help feed your kids. Your welcome. Listen everyone, you either know what you’re doing in the salon or you don’t. If the ladies who are coming to your place of employment are paying to keep the lights on and feed your kids, the least you do is act right. Service is garbage. Save your money and go somewhere better. Don’t risk an infection.
My daughter surprised me with a pedicure at this SPA. I am sincerely happy with the experience. The nail specialists are very nice, caring and friendly. I want to especially mention V who took care of me and my feet. He is very good at his expertise, and has gifted hands, gentle yet thorough. If you are someone who only enjoys high-end spas this is not for you, but if you like friendly human interaction and good service for an affordable price, this is a place to go to. Thank you, V!
Partially satisfied and partially not. It is my first time there and I don’t know somehow the place was a bit weird. Customers and employees were constantly fighting. I ask her (doesn’t know the name) to do some design on my ring finger nail. I showed her some marble print from google but the lady didn’t do it properly so I ask her to paint it similar like other nails. She didn’t even took an effort to remove the existing marble nail disaster and paint on it only. It was looking so bumpy so I asked her to do at least some design on that nail to make it look decent. She did these three lines and charged me $5 extra for it. Not so satisfied. Total spent $55. Other nails she did decent.
I was going to this salon for 6 years I don’t do any designs and every time I’ve gone they are yelling at each other the place is not sanitary- there are always flies and they don’t do up keep they don’t care to take care about the health of your nail- I continued to go to this salon bc of convience not bc they are amazing technicians nor is the salon clean - they are rude and Only care to take peoples money and do a poor job I will be sure to tell people not to go bc they only care to take peoples money and do a poor job
