I had an extremely disappointing and painful experience at this salon. During my nail service, the technician went too close to my cuticle with the drill, which caused burning during the appointment and significant pain afterward. The discomfort has lasted well beyond the visit, which should never happen with a properly done manicure. Not only was the service careless, but it has left me worried about possible long-term damage or infection. A professional salon should prioritize client safety and comfort, but that was not my experience here. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone who values careful, high-quality nail care.
This is the second time I’ve come to this location and been disappointed. Last time I walked in and asked if they had time to take me. They insisted that they did and ended up waited over 30 mins - when I asked if it’s a long wait I’d just come again. They then talked me out of getting my biogel set because the acrylic was quicker and rushed. Left paying more and disappointed. Tried again, this time but I booked a 7:15 p appointment. Got there on time to HAVE TO WAIT 30 mins for someone to start my pedicure. Mind you they were about to make me wait longer and start someone else. When I asked if there would be some kind of compensation for the time that I had to wait, One of the nail tech said, yeah we would offer a discount. When the other person came over to start my pedicure, I confirmed if there was gonna be some type of discount for my inconvenience. When he went to go check with the other nail tech, they started saying no discount because the manager is not here. So I got upset and said I’ve been waiting here for an appointment that I made and there’s no type of compensation and all you guys can offer is a sorry when there was no apology when I came in initially and NO ONE AVAILABLE. Will not be returning to this location or recommending it to others.
I visited this nail salon for the first time 1 week ago per my friend's recommendation and was initially very happy with my nails. The nail tech did a very clean job of my Biogel french nails with 3D flowers; I loved the design. Since leaving the salon, I have returned TWICE to have the same nail fixed as it chipped. They did repair the nail free of charge, however I live 25 minutes away so it was extremely inconvenient to go back 2x. Today is day 7 of having this set and a DIFFERENT nail just chipped. I live a very low-impact lifestyle - I have a desk job and I don't even wash dishes without wearing gloves. I have never had a Biogel set from any other salon last less than 4 weeks which makes me question the quality/legitimacy of the products they use. For $90 Biogel nails to chip 3x in 1 week is extremely upsetting. In addition to this, a different nail is infected, swollen and painful. Not worth my gas money to go back a fourth time to fix this nail. Cutting my losses; extremely unhappy and will never return.
My regular wasn’t in, they suggested SELINA #6. Disgusting attitude, ignorant and harsh, just in a rush! As soon as I told her slow down as she was about to cut off a big chunk of my skin around the cuticle, she got offended and asking me if I want to wait for my regular, claiming I said she ruined the shape. YES U DID! Learn to deal with customers. She should have asked how can I fix it for you I’m sorry u don’t like it.
