I visited tequila beauty for the first time on a Tuesday for the promotional Russian nails manicure and pedicure priced at $99. I arrived on time and drove over an hour to get to the salon. I was assigned to Neha. When I showed a reference photo, I was told the design would be French tip with chrome. At no point was I informed that this would result in an additional charge of over $60 beyond the $99 promotion. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would have made a more informed decision or declined. At checkout, my total exceeded $200, which felt misleading and lacking transparency. While I am open to paying for upgrades when clearly explained, an extra $60+ is essentially the cost of another full service and should never come as a surprise. The quality of the service was also disappointing. The French tips were uneven and inconsistent, with some nails thick and others thin. The chrome finish is patchy and barely visible on several nails, despite being charged a premium for it. The work felt rushed because my esthetician had another appointment scheduled immediately after mine. Notably, another client who arrived before me was still being serviced after I left and appeared to be receiving the same Russian manicure service without chrome, with far more time and attention. This inconsistency further reinforced that my service was rushed and did not reflect the price charged. As a first-time client, this experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. Given the time and cost involved, I did not receive the quality, value, or transparency I expected, and unless this is addressed appropriately, this will likely be my last visit.
First time visit! Appointment was so relaxing I was able to turn my brain off and it’s so nice seeing how precise they are with everything they took their time and did fabulous
I've been going here since June this year every 5-6 weeks and have been impressed every time! Since my first visit I've been serviced by Kasey. She is kind, professional and pays really good attention to detail. Her work is beautiful and the quality is top notch! Yesterday I had an appointment and there was a scheduling error on their side and even though they were fully booked, she made the time to take of my request to make sure I left happy. I really appreciated that! Thank you Kasey for always doing an amazing job ♥️
The pedicure was amazing but the manicure was extremely mediocre. I just got my nails done Monday and my cuticles don’t look as polished as a true Russian manicure would. Also the paint job on my manicure wasn’t done as peculiar as my pedicure. I asked for a hard gel manicure but still was given a rubber base and also I had wanted French for both my hands and my toes and the old booking side didn’t indicate you’d have to add it on TWICE so I wasn’t able to do French for my birthday which is what I really wanted. Love my pedicure but don’t like my manicure tbh. Update: I never asked for a discount and I never asked for extensions in my email that specifically stated “Hi! Is there any way I can change this to a hard gel manicure/pedicure instead? Still would prefer the same day and time but I didn’t realize there was a difference between hard gel and rubber gel manicures and I’d prefer the hard gel if possible!”. Also, the previous booking website also never said you’d have to choose French twice to have it on your hands and feet which is what I wanted. I was told I’d just be getting a rubber base manicure after I said I wanted hard gel and after learning I couldn’t do French on my toes I chose to keep the colour on my hands the same. More over I was giving my honest review which is the whole point of reviews to begin with. My VERY last update: we never spoke on the phone, you definitely have me confused with another client. In any case, google reviews aren’t meant for 100% 5 star ratings …. I gave my HONEST review about MY experience. I loved my pedicure but I didn’t like my manicure at all. I had no problem paying a higher price if that is the implication you’re trying to make, I knew that hard gel wasn’t included in the midweek bliss. In conclusion, arguing with customers over their experience is distasteful and unprofessional. I won’t take back what I said or continue to go back and forth about my experience. I’ve been before and left an amazing review before also about my pedicure. My pedicure WAS amazing both times I’ve been, but the manicure wasn’t good.

I've been to Tequila Beauty a few times now, and all I can say is wow! Nisso and Kasey have done my nails and I'm super impressed. As someone who is very hard to please, I can genuinely say I always leave happy. The place is beautiful, the service is friendly and professional, and the talent is for real. Sasha and Mahla have done my pedicure and they were awesome as well! Found my new spot.
